El hotel está muy bien. Limpio, bonito, piscina muy agradable, bien situado…
Reservamos habitación con 2 camas individuales y nos dieron una cama de matrimonio. Muy mal. Una decepción total, no me esperaba este inconveniente y no me cambiaron la habitación.
Si lo sé no reservo.
Para que entonces elegimos el tipo de habitación si hacen lo que les da la gana? Ni explicación ni compensación ni nada. Una decepción total. Muy mal
Easily accessed on the outskirts of the city and with good parking facilities. Helpful staff, typical corporate hotel communal areas and a pleasant dining room with a reasonable buffet breakfast. Also well situated for some nice local restaurants and bars within a 5 minute walk, and a local tram stop. An Aldi next door if you need anything. Bed comfortable.
Away from the lobby etc the accommodation areas were tired and outdated, the carpet in most corridors was held together by gaffer tape and the room furnishings were old and a bit tatty. To be fair, signs were displayed saying accommodation was being updated and at least one area had new carpet laid. Maybe give it a few months.
Very clean, had an amazing sleep as the bed was very comfortable. It's just by the buses and tram to take you into the centre. The staff were excellent and very helpful. It's a handy location as it's just off the motorway but very quiet at night.
Looks tired, the carpets really do need replacing.
Very bad lighting in the rooms and no kettle etc, cups or glasses which would have been a nice touch, especially for a 4* hotel. Room basic.
