le calme des chambres et la vue spectaculaire depuis l'ascenseur

la qualité du service .. lors de mon arrivée les explications de mon hôte n'étaient pas clair malgré que je parle Espagnol ..
exemple : la piscine pas ouverte alors qui'l faisait 32°C a l'extérieur et cela n'est pas mentionné lors de la réservation. J'ai trouvé dommage de payer tous les jours le parking alors qu'un ticket du début a la fin de mon séjour aurait été plus simple (mauvaise explication du personnel) le petit déjeuner n'était pas inclus dans ma prestation et même en le demandant à mon arrivé ma femme s'est vue refusé l'accès au restaurant (heureusement qu'elle a insisté). On a l'impression qu'il faille systématiquement justifier les paiements alors qu'une signature avec le numero de chambre était plus simple pour payer à la sortie. J en n'ai pas aimé la moquette sale dans les chambres et les couloirs - moi qui suit allergique aux acariens j'ai été servi

Una buena experiencia en líneas generales, que debe mejorar a medio plazo.
Pros:

Excelente ubicación para viajes de trabajo. Tranquilidad tanto en el hotel como en las zonas adyacentes. Amplia variedad en la oferta de cena rápida en cafetería.

Cons:

El hotel se encuentra en plena renovación en algunas zonas. Esa transformación es claramente necesaria en algunos aspectos básicos, como el colchón, mobiliario o cortinas.

Sehr dreckig und in die Jahre gekommen. Bilder entsprachen nicht der Realität.

A hotel that would have been good in it's day.
Pros:

Bed was comfy, breakfast was ok. Parking was value for money.

Cons:

The Hotel in general is dated- Communal areas carpets were ripped and looked like a patch work quilt in places.
Bedroom suite was as dated as the hotel. Sofa bed was held together by hope and fabric, flooring and walls scratched/gouged. Just in general needs an update and a lot of TLC.
You could hear the Lifts from the bedroom suite at all hours. Little details like the phone not working, so had to use mobile to call reception. First world problems i know, but it's the little things that make the difference.

Hôtel proche du centre accessible en bus ou tram
Propreté rien à redire
Hôtel un peu vieillissant qui aurait besoin de quelques travaux comme la salle du petit déjeuner et les couloirs des chambres
