Hotel Alinari

Location was excellent- short walking distance to train. Communication with staff was exceptional-answering all our questions. Breakfast buffet was varied, fresh, and top quality. Staff were responsive to every need, friendly, and kind.

Our stay at Hotel Alinari was simply fabulous, and made for an incredible first trip to Florence. From the gorgeous accommodations and the gourmet feast of a breakfast served daily, to the kind and welcoming staff, we felt like royalty! Our entire family was impressed and so grateful to retreat to the most beautiful hotel after days of exploring the sights, soaking up the culture, and devouring delicious Italian food each day. We feel very fortunate to have been able to take our daughters on travels around the world, and we can confidently say that you and your hotel are one of the finest, truly. Thank you for making our summer trip to Italy so unforgettable. We will recommend your establishment to our family and friends, wish you continued prosperity, and hope to return to Hotel Alinari during future trips to Florence. Nice staff! Excellent breakfast although a little too much of everything. A lot of sweets for the morning. Early checkin and late checkout for no extra cost

Very close to the train station, helpful and delightful staff, lovely room (I was upgraded without a fee they had it was available!). As a solo traveller I felt very safe.

Ho soggiornato in questo Hotel con la mia famiglia e posso dire con assoluta certezza che sarà sempre la mia prima scelta per i miei futuri viaggi in questa splendida città.
Fin dal momento dell'arrivo, siamo stati accolti con una cortesia e una gentilezza fuori dal comune. La camera era semplicemente bellissima, estremamente pulita e caratterizzata da una cura nei dettagli davvero impeccabile.
Il vero fiore all’occhiello, però, è stata la colazione: buonissima, varia e studiata nei minimi particolari.
• Tè e tisane: Meritano un plauso speciale. C'è una selezione di infusi mai vista in nessun altro hotel girato finora.
• L'angolo della frutta e dei superfood: Eccezionale la varietà di frutta fresca, secca e disidratata, accompagnata da un'ampia scelta di semi e spezie. La cosa che più mi ha colpito è stata la cura e l'attenzione nel mettere tutto questo a disposizione del cliente.
Unico rimpianto? Non aver avuto il telefono con me durante la colazione: tutto era presentato così bene che meritava assolutamente una foto! 😍

Dieses Hotel ist außergewöhnlich! Wir wurden sehr warmherzig und in familiärer Atmosphäre empfangen. Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bieten einen schönen Ausblick. Das Frühstück ist besonders liebevoll angerichtet und wird auf einer Terrasse mit sagenhaftem Blick auf die Altstadt (duomo, Rathaus…) serviert. Das Team ist sehr bemüht und zugewandt.

En verdad excelente en todos los sentidos: atención de todo el personal desde que llegamos, desayuno muy variado y delicioso, vistas espectaculares desde la terraza del desayuno y de la habitación, ubicación inmejorable, Gracias!

Thank you so much for the exceptional hospitality and warmth given to my family. This truly set the hotel apart from others. Every staff member we encountered was exceptionally friendly, especially front desk Cristiano and the breakfast room lady (knowing my breakfast preference). The cozy and beautiful styling of the bedroom and breakfast room truly make our hotel stay experience even better.

Harika bir karşılama yaptılar. Konum olarak mükemmel bir yer. Heryere yakın ve tren istasyonu dibinizde. Kahvaltı mükemmeldi temizlik son derece iyi. Bebek arabamız bozuldu, tamiri için bir kaç şeye ihtiyacım vardı hemen yardımcı oldular. Personel çok ilgili ve güleryüzlü. Herşey harikaydı. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim

Fantastisk frukost där man fick säga om man ville ha omelett eller äggröra, bacon eller annat till så fixade personalen det. En massa frukt och grönt till, och dessutom små trevliga skålar med choklad och annat smått o gott. Vi kände oss väldigt omhändertagna av all personal.
