Personnel à l'accueil très disponible.
Excellent petit dejeuner, bien qu'un peu cher (20€) si vous vous en tenez à un continental.
Bonne climatisation.
Emplacement adapté pour se rendre au Campus ENGIE.

Cons:

Lenteur ascenseur, plus encore quand l'un est en panne.
Ménage dans le couloir nécessite plus d'attention.
Manque de régularité des approvisionnements eau café et thé dans les chambres executives.
Impossibilité de bénéficier du départ tardif à 14h (limité à 12h).

Praktische Unterkunft, wenn man in der La Defense Arena einen Event besucht

Die Lage! Wir waren an einem Konzert in der «La Defense Arena» und das Hotel liegt optimal in 15min Fussdistanz. Von der Metrostation «La Defense» ebenfalls in nur 15min zu Fuss erreichbar.
Das Zimmer ist ruhig, kann gut Abgedunkelt werden und das Bett ist bequem.

Cons:

Die Fotos in der Anzeige entsprachen nicht dem Zimmer. Es hatte keinen Balkon, welcher auf allen Fotos ersichtlich war und es war auch alles mehr in die Jahre gekommen, als es auf den Fotos den Anschein macht.
Check-In war auf 15 Uhr vorgesehen, wir mussten fast eine Stunde warten, bis das Zimmer bereit war.

Établissement trop cher pour la prestation proposée !

La literie dure et confortable !

Cons:

Pour l'accès au parking, il faut descendre de son véhicule, la carte magnétique fonctionne 1 fond sur 4. La climatisation est vétuste, j'ai eu la sensation d'être dans un train difficile de dormir... Odeur de poussière à cause des filtres de la clim qui n'ont pas du être changé depuis longtemps.

confort et équipement général, literie, la terrasse et le calme

Cons:

très gros soucis au check in : à 15H aucunes chambres n'étaient prêtes, le personnel ne donnant aucune infos sur les raisons et sur le temps à attendre. en geste commercial on nous a proposé un bon pour les petits déjeuners offerts mais le lendemain, on nous a indiqué que cela n'avait pas été noté, donc nous avons préféré aller au Starbucks !

Bien pour un week-end
Pros:

L'emplacement, assez proche des moyens de transports pour découvrir PARIS.
L'appartement convenait pour 3 adultes et l'équipe est à l'écoute et réactive.
Très bon petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Cuisine et salle de bain mériteraient un rafraichissement ainsi que les fenêtres, il y a pas mal de passage coté rue.
