Wij hebben hier een heel fijn verblijf gehad! Allereerst vonden wij al het personeel superlief en ontzettend vriendelijk. Bij onze aankomst en bij ons vertrek heeft een meneer ons op een heel vriendelijke en behulpzame manier geholpen. Ook de andere medewerkers waren allemaal supervriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Een speciale vermelding verdient ook de meneer die bij de ingang stond. Hij was er eigenlijk op elk moment van de dag en begroette iedereen altijd met een grote glimlach en op een ontzettend vriendelijke manier. Hij zorgde echt voor een warm en welkom gevoel zodra je het hotel binnenkwam. Heel fijn om zo’n vriendelijk gezicht steeds te zien!
We hebben ook gebruikgemaakt van de laundryservice en dit verliep hartstikke goed.
Het ontbijt vonden wij heerlijk. Elke dag was er weer een andere variatie. Wij vonden het ontbijt echt perfect: lekker, gevarieerd en met heel vriendelijk personeel.
Ook de ligging van het hotel vonden wij perfect. Op slechts 2 à 3 minuten lopen waren er bushaltes en een tramhalte. Eigenlijk hadden we alles wat we nodig hadden in de directe omgeving. Er was zelfs een Lidl-supermarkt vlakbij, ideaal als je bijvoorbeeld even een flesje water of iets anders nodig hebt.
Ook het bed, de schoonmaak en eigenlijk alles in het hotel was heel goed. Wij hebben hier echt een heel fijn verblijf gehad en zouden dit hotel zeker aanraden!
Als wij ooit weer naar Milaan komen, zouden we hier zeker opnieuw verblijven. Bedankt voor het fijne verblijf!
