Le personnel très gentil, proximité avec le bus, tram et métro pour aller au centre.
Les chambres ne sont malheureusement pas très propres, notamment les salles de bain et les douches. Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, c’est vraiment dommage. On constate des traces de moisissure verdâtre et noire entre les carreaux et au niveau des joints, ainsi que des traces de savon. Un nettoyage plus approfondi et un meilleur entretien des salles de bain seraient vraiment nécessaires.

The hotel personnel were really friendly. Breakfast was amazing: now it set the new standard of the quality and taste of coffee and hot chocolate:)
The location was good, quite comfortable. There is a bus just 2 minutes away from the hotel's building and metro in 15 minutes walk.
The bathroom was not fully clean, there was toilet paper in the toilet.
On the first night the card did not work, when we tried to enter during the evening.
Quartos bem aconchegante, limpos e ambiente tranquilo. Recepcionistas e atendentes super atenciosos. Sem contar o café da manhã, muito bem servido. O bairro super calmo e fácil acesso a mercado.

Le camere e gli spazi comuni erano estremamente puliti e curati.
Il personale si è dimostrato altamente professionale, sempre disponibile e con quel tocco di simpatia che ti fa sentire subito a casa.
La colazione a buffet è stata un vero punto di forza, ricca, varia e di ottima qualità.
Assolutamente ottimo per i servizi offerti.
L'unico piccolo appunto riguarda la posizione: si trova a breve distanza dalla fermata della metropolitana, quindi occorre fare una camminata un po' più lunga del previsto per raggiungere i mezzi. Niente che rovini l'esperienza, ma è bene saperlo per organizzarsi con gli spostamenti.

Zimmer klein, nicht wie auf den Bildern. Nicht komplett sauber, aber alles ok. Personal an der Rezeption war nicht besonders freundlich, nicht wie man es sich erwartet. Parkplatz muss für 20 € die Nacht reserviert werden. 20 € Touristensteuer pro Nacht (2 Personen), wofür das Hotel natürlich nichts kann. Aber insgesamt zahlt man dann bei 2 Nächten 80 € zusätzlich, für das Hotel zu viel.
