Localização boa. Em frente ao Porto!

Cons:

Não foi nada agradável. Hotel antigo, cama desconfortável demais, varanda compartilhada com outros quartos de desconhecidos, mas o pior de tudo foi o calor! Ar condicionado não funciona!!! Uma péssima experiência no verão.
Funcionários também não eram muito simpáticos e não falavam inglês bem. Dificuldade de comunicação!

Tudo maravilhoso!
Pros:

Hotel muito bem localizado, de frente para o porto de Palau. Restaurantes próximos, cidade bacana de se hospedar com um centrinho bem legal, animado. Quarto bem confortável, espaçoso, cama excelente.

Ein Rezeptionist war sehr freundlich

Cons:

Krisenmanagement katastrophal, die Klimaanlage funtkionierte nicht, wir hatten eine Suite (sehr teuer) und mussten mitten in der Nacht in eine kleinere Suite übersiedeln, dort funktionierte sie wieder nicht.
Keine Kommunikation, kein Entgegenkommen der Chefin, null Freundlichkeit, wir waren sehr enttäuscht vom Umgang mit Gästen!

Excellent location
Pros:

It’s located at the port, very close to the shuttle service to Maddalena Islands and boat tours. Also at night there’s a street market nearby, which makes this stay in Palau very interesting. Staff was always very sympathetic.

Cons:

Breakfast is not very fresh and varied, juices are artificial and there’re only a few fruits. It wasn’t a problem for us, you can order (and pay) extra things à la carte (avocado toast, etc.)

A great stay in Palau
