Pros:

Ligging was oké, mooi uitzicht en direct aan de haven. Voldoende parkeergelegenheid. Ontbijt extreem goed. Atmosfeer en uitstraling van het hotel goed.

Cons:

Op de kamer staat wel een waterkoker maar er ontbreekt koffie ( wel thee aanwezig ) Ook is het wenselijk dat er glazen staan i.p.v. plastic bekertjes, je verblijft in een 4* hotel. Ook stoeltjes op het balkon zouden prettig zijn. Sommige mannelijke personeelsleden bij de receptie zouden nog wel een opfriscursus klantgerichtheid mogen hebben.

Descent hotel on an excellent location with a weak breakfast
Pros:

The location was perfect… in the marina with many restaurants within minutes
We got a big room upgrade when our AC failed certainly a nice touch
Carlos st reception was very helpful

Cons:

The breakfast was very basic and quite the disappointment for what was charged for our room rate for 3 nights
Very limited selection compared to other hotels…no fresh fruit, basic sliced bread

Suite 404 heeft een groot terras met jacuzzi en fantastisch uitzicht op de haven.
Pros:

De locatie is geweldig, de suite is ruim en goed voorzien. Je wordt rijkelijk voorzien van attenties (prosecco, fruit, zoetigheid). De prijs is hoog, maar je krijgt waar voor je geld.

Cons:

Bijzonder dat je voor parkeren in de garage voor hetzelfde stukje beton met een auto vijf euro minder betaalt dan voor twee motoren. Benieuwd wat ze voor voor vijf fietsen zouden rekenen.
De jacuzzi heeft zijn beste tijd gehad en was ook een keer in storing, maar die werd vlot verholpen.

Bon point de départ pour visiter le nord de la Sardaigne et les iles de la Maddalena et Capréra

Chambre spatieuse et confortable. Emplacement proche des commerces et restaurants. Parfait pour visiter l'ile de Maddalena

Cons:

finalement assez bruyant, surtout le samedi soir ;vue mer un peu décevante, car on voit surtout le grand parking du port, au pied de l'hotel. Le petit déjeuner est bon mais pourrait être plus complet.

Passende Lage für Ausflüge - leider wenig Ambiente zum Wohlfühlen.

Cons:

Hotel ist schon abgewohnt - gilt v.a. für Gänge und Flur.
Allerdings wohnt man direkt am großen Parkplatz. Das hat kein Flair. Der Frühstücksraum ist sehr nüchtern, kein Blick nach außen und keine Möglichkeit im Garten zu sitzen obwohl das eigene Café des Hotels dieses Ambiente bieten würde.

Un court séjour, un beau souvenir.
Pros:

Situation parfaite de cet établissement avec vue sur le port de PALAU. Possibilité de faire des excursions sur l'île de la MADDALENA à 5 minutes. Petit bar lounge calme et grande salle pour le petit déjeuner. Chambre spacieuse. Propreté remarquable. Accueil excellent ! Gentillesse et sourire du personnel. Propreté remarquable ! Parking souterrain privé payant (19 €).

HOTEL A FUIR......
Pros:

L’emplacement proche du centre-ville. L’amabilité des 2 jeunes receptionistes.

Le comportement de la responsable de direction
( dont nous avons été témoins lors d’un passage a la réception), impoli et agressif, vis a vis d’autres clients.
Inqualifiable, à notre avis.
Quant a nous, le jour de notre départ, il nous a été demandé devant d’autres clients, avec insistance, sur un ton autoritaire, par cette même responsable, de restituer la Clef de notre chambre. Cette clef venait d’etre deposée a la réception, facture de la chambre acquittée. Il etait environ 8h30 et la chambre était normalement à notre disposition jusqu’a 11 heures. Cette demande a été réitérée, malgré notre explication, comme si nous avions volé la Clef.
Nous n’avons pas compris la raison de ce comportement que nous jugeons inadmissible, anti commercial et qui nous a mis fort mal a l’aise. En réalité nous avons compris par la suite que cela ne concernait pas notre chambre..... Cela a gâché notre petit déjeuner.
Quant à la quantité et surtout la qualité des produits servis au petit déjeuner, indigne d’un hôtel se présentant 4 étoiles.
Nous ne reviendrons pas dans cet hotel dont nous pensons de plus qu’il n’a rien d’attrayant et dont l’intérieur est plutôt sombre et vieillot.

Wunderschönes Hotel, sehr zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Das Personal war überaus freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Hafen und man hat einen schönen Blick auf das Meer.

Cons:

Es ist nachts durch feiernde und lautstark sprechende Menschen sehr laut. Aber dafür können die Mitarbeiter des Hotels nichts. Einfach Ohrstöpsel einpacken.

A great hotel in a perfect location
Pros:

We had a very comfortable spacious room with a lovely view and a great bed and good shower.
Staff were very professional, helpful and friendly
There is a lift and parking underneath was easy at a fee
Breakfast was fresh and ample
Hotel is in a great location, walking distance to everything
We especially recommend Amaré Restaurant a couple of doors down which had great food and lovely staff. We loved it so much we ate there 3 nights during our stay

First class hotel
Pros:

First class hotel. Everything was excellent from check in to check out. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and very comfortable. It had everything we needed. It was very quiet even though it was full. The location is perfect for restaurants and exploring the town, also the ferry to La Maddalena is only a short walk away. Breakfast was very nice. We also had a snack in the hotel cafe which was lovely. I could not fault the hotel in any way and recommend it 100%.
