Great hotel and a good spot to explore the islands
Pros:

The hotel had really friendly staff who always had a smile. The bar downstairs is welcoming and the rooms were large. They quickly fixed a maintenance issue in our bathroom. It was quiet and the beds were comfortable. We only had a short stay but it was a good location to explore the islands.

La localisation au niveau du port et centre.

Cons:

Petit déjeuné absolument à fuir. Dans le village vous trouverez un endroit sympa pour déjeuné bien mieux (bea´s bakery). La qualité du matelas/lit horrible et le sommeil ressort bruyant. Les équipements de la chambre sont présent mais vieillot comme l’hôtel. Photos booking fake ia utilisé n’est pas la réalité! J’ai demander un taxi, un non officiel est arrivé et après avoir regarder l’hôtel nous a fait payer 2,5x le prix de la course = anarque touriste !

Hotel met perfecte lokatie.
Pros:

De lokatie is top, dichtbij de haven zodat je te voet naar je bootexcursie kunt gaan. Parkeren voor de deur en het ontbijt geeft genoeg keus. Personeel is erg vriendelijk. De kamers zijn ruim en schoon. Er is geen zwembad, maar dat hoefde voor ons niet omdat we toch maar de zee gingen. Goed restaurant om de hoek (Goblet Wine bar). We hadden geen balkon waardoor het lastig is kleding te drogen, dus als je dat graag wilt dan geen classic room boeken. De stijl is wat gedateerd, maar heeft ook wel zijn charme.

Cons:

Er lag op het doucherekje een leeg open flesje douchegel hotelmerk op zijn kant. Alles was verder schoon, we denken dat het personeel dit over het hoofd heeft gezien. Zou fijn zijn als je een fles water kreeg als welkom, dat gebeurt in veel andere hotels wel.

Pros:

Le petit déjeuner était bon, pas énormément de choix mais quand même un mélange sucrée/salé. Par contre rapport qualité prix du déjeuner moyen.

Cons:

Le parking souterrain de l’hôtel et cher pour qu’au final il ne soit jamais fermé par le portail.

The room was spacious, clean, and the hotel was in a great location! The hotel reception staff were very gracious, very welcoming, and most helpful. It was an absolute pleasure to stay there; they made me feel at home.

Cons:

The breakfast was okay. There was plenty of variety, but it felt like the focus was on quantity rather than quality. Most of the items were pre-packaged rather than freshly baked or prepared, so it lacked the fresh, homemade feel I was hoping for. The staff in the breakfast area weren’t very welcoming. When we arrived for breakfast there was no hello or explanation of how it works, you just have to figure it out on your own, quite the contrast to the friendly team at the hotel reception.

Lovely stay
Pros:

We were welcomed in a very personal and friendly way. The room was very well decorated and spacious. The lounge bar was also very cosy, the staff very friendly and the menu very well. From the hotel a very nice walk through the Village and Port. Ships to the Islands on walking distance..

Leider überteuert und völlig profitorientiert geführtes Haus, wo man das Gefühl bekommt so richtig ausgenommen zu werden

Altes Hotel mit Charme, freundliche, jedoch nicht sehr kompetente Angestellte.

Cons:

Preisleistungsverhältnis: Preis steht in keiner Relation zum gebotenen Standard.
Werbung ist leider irreführend gestaltet.
Zb Café beim Frühstück leider inakzeptabel schlecht - aus dem Automat.
Lage: am Parkplatz des Ortes , mit Blick von der sogenannten Royal Suite nicht zuerst aufs Meer sondern genau auf das Meer der parkenden Autos.
