Pros:

shower was amazing, service was fantastic. this has been the best room i've stayed at when traveling to the San DIego area. This place was the best ever. The shower was huge, and nice, walk in, easy access bar. Breakfast was great. Really great hotel.

It was very nice and clean

Very clean the staff was nice and the breakfast was good

An unbelievable nightmare, Had to sleep in my car due to their incompetence.

what a nightmare. If the desk manager put that much effort into trying to convince me she was right as she could have put into helping us, this review would be different. Room was not available after reserving and paying, driving 8 hours, arriving at 10pm, being denied a room, then having to sleep in my car till 6am where I could then find another availability.

When we checked in the gentleman and lady working were exceptional. Kind and so willing to help. They even upgraded our room and we loved it!

First of all till this day, they have not returned my money. I don’t know why they’re holding up. I already called two times asking if they can. Please return the money which is like two Thousand 200 and they have not returned my money. This is the third time I’m gonna call.
