It was great!
Pros:

When we checked in the gentleman and lady working were exceptional. Kind and so willing to help. They even upgraded our room and we loved it!

First of all till this day, they have not returned my money. I don’t know why they’re holding up. I already called two times asking if they can. Please return the money which is like two Thousand 200 and they have not returned my money. This is the third time I’m gonna call.

We spent 2 nights in king size bed room. Very clean and neatly prepared for the guests.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good. Great and quick replacement of emptying trays. Good variety.

Very clean. Dove brand hand soap lotion, shampoo conditioner and shower gel. Loved it. No need to use my own as I like and use these products.

Cons:

I would have appreciated a shower cap but not a deal breaker.

Pros:

I didn’t like anything. The property was very dirty. Customer service was bad. I had two problems over there and no one was able to resolve the problem. Even their manager didn’t even come and apologize. The front desk were very rude. Never ever go back to that place.

The location was perfect, it helps when you have a fantastic breakfast daily.
