Clean hotel with friendly staff at an affordable price.
Pros:

The hotel was clean and all the staff members were very friendly. The room rates were reasonable for this type of hotel. This was our second stay at this hotel in the past four years. Both times were pleasant.

Abysmal. Due to your glitches they lost my reservation and you have the nerve to send me a review

Nothing. I never stayed due to incompetency. Won’t be staying ever again with Hilton and my business with Booking.com is going to be terminated due to this hotel not having my reservation. Both parties blame each other. They blame Booking.com and Booking.com blames Hilton. There is zero accountability . It was so humiliating, demoralizing, and unprofessional that I had head to a different property for a room. The Hilton desk clerk was rude, unapologetic, and unprofessional. No manager was on site which is the case every time I stayed here. Sickening experience

Cons:

We are from Philly. We came down with the dog to see 7 houses in 1 day. They would not let us check in until after 3pm which made us have to take our dog and our luggage with us to see the houses. Ridiculous!!! They could have been nicer and found a way, but front desk just dismissed us immediately. I will be at the Marriott next time.

Whirlpool Suite does not exist...they will still take your money
Pros:

I chose this hotel for a birthday celebration because they offered a Whirlpool Suite. I paid extra for this feature and upon arrival at the hotel there was no tub of any kind in the room. We had driven 8 hours and arrived at 7PM so we immediately contacted Hilton and they told us to remain in the room and we would be refunded. The manager was on vacation during the stay and took five days to contact me after the stay and ultimately refused the refund and also any sort of responsibility. Really unbelievable fraud at this location. I also did not see the advertised "restaurant" and if you are a Hilton member using credits beware- they also charged us on our bill when we explicitly told them we were using credits in the pantry.

Honestly there was nothing about this property that makes me want to return or recommend it.

Cons:

Booking.com listed amenities that did not exist. I paid for a jetted tub knowing I would be walking a lot only to find that the property no longer has them. Also booking.com says the property has parking. Which they do- for $8 a day. Why this dump is charging for parking when they have ample space and you’re not near anything so it’s not as if parking is at a premium. There was a semi truck parked over many many spaces on the side of the building under our window the first night they have so much parking. Also the AC units made noise so loudly that it woke me up and the elevators sounded like they were on their last legs and rattled violently.

It was okay, could have been better. I always stay at Hilton Garden Inn and this was the first time I experienced this.
Pros:

Location next to the interstate and it was close to downtown to see the fireworks

Cons:

They didn’t cleaned the rooms while we were here for 3 days, we had to ask for clean towels every night and there was a smell in the bathroom that smelled like mildew. It may have been the shower curtain, but we couldn’t determine the source. The garbage by the escalator stayed full, so we had to keep the trash in our rooms.
