Pool was fun! We are so happy to have the breakfast in the morning. The bed was comfortable.
The room needed better stocking of supplies. There was no body wash left. Toilet paper had 1/2 a roll. Only one coffee pod and 2 towels for a king suite. Disappointed

Cleanliness of the rooms. Microwave, fridge and stove is very nice accessories to have. The text message we received shortly after checking in to see if everything was good so far and if we needed anything to message. The room was very clean. We asked for rooms side by side and they accommodated us with attaching rooms which was also nice. No complaints at all with the inside of the hotel itself.
I thought we were getting a room with a jacuzzi but we hadn’t. Wasn’t a huge deal just would have been nice. When we inquired about it they didn’t have any rooms available with a jacuzzi again not a huge deal. There was what appeared to be a windshield shattered in the parking lot that took up 4-5 parking spots. I didn’t realize it at first and parked right on the glass. The glass still hadn’t been picked up after checking out. Puddles of Water also in the parking lot that took up another 7-10 parking spots. I had to park in the puddle unless I wanted to park way further down from the entrance of the hotel.

Could have been cleaner. Pool was very cold. Breakfast was.mediocure.
Very average. When we arrived the fridge had not been wiped down but someone was sent right up to clean it and apologized profusely.
The room was tidy, bed was comfortable, tub was small and no plug, quiet and everything worked as it should. Pool was very cold which was pretty disappointing because we chose this hotel because it has a pool.
Breakfast was not very good but we went down fairly late. 8;30). The coffee was terrible. Staff was fine but not outstanding. I also didn't get my points because I booked online which seems like a dumb policy. My 6yr old granddaughter loved it.

The room was the only thing good about this hotel
Where do I start,
I showed up with 3 kids, early afternoon and wasn’t notified that the pool was closed, so when asked what I was suppose to do to entertain my kids for the rest of the night since the hotel was already $200 for less than 24hrs he had no idea,
When asked why I wasn’t notified at check in, again deer in headlight.
So we sat in the room all night
He said the pool would be fixed in the morning - when we were leaving…. We stayed an extra hour, still never opened….
The breakfast was garbage.
Tasteless, some items were cold, the waffle machine didn’t work properly.
It was literally a waste of a night.
Already having a bad day, we were excited to just go to the hotel and relax, have dinner, swim at the pool, and instead we got stuck in our rooms.
I've been in this hotel for some months, and everything worked pretty well! Personnel is always available and reliable, they took care of all your needs and requests. Big rooms, always well cleaned and furnished by kind maids. Breakfast and dinner are good and well prepared, with care and professionalism, and a special thank to Alen for this.

I recently stayed at this hotel for 3 days with my children, and overall, it was an excellent experience. The swimming pool was one of the highlights of our stay—clean, well-maintained, and with perfectly heated water, making it very enjoyable for kids.
The rooms were neat, comfortable, and well-kept, and the breakfast offered a good variety and quality. During our stay, we experienced a minor issue with the AC/heating system, but the response from the staff was outstanding. After contacting reception, the maintenance team arrived promptly and resolved the issue efficiently.
The staff throughout the hotel were friendly, professional, and attentive. I truly appreciate their service. My kids had a fantastic time, and we left very happy.
I would highly recommend this hotel, especially for families, and I look forward to staying here again in the future.
Heat didn't work in our room. My family and I were freezing all night. Bathroom Sink wasn't working either. It was plugged by hair and some dirty black stuff under.
Pool was nice but small. Water was also cold.
Good side, they have good breakfast, and free parking.
You could hear people from higher floor.
I won't use this hotel anymore.

Great location. It was close to everything, but it was away from heavy traffic. Modern design interior. Room was clean and large. Quiet for sleeping. Comfortable temperature controlled. Everything worked in the room. It felt like a small apartment with all the amenities. Staff were friendly and helpful when we interacted.
I wish the blackout curtain went totally across each window or a blackout shade instead. There was a trash can full for the entirety of our stay near the elevator on our floor. Those were small things I noticed, but will not deter me from coming back.
