Homewood Suites by Hilton London Ontario

Several cars, including ours, had their car windows smashed in the parking lot overnight. This happened to the other hotels in the same vicinity and it was very upsetting. the hotel is not responsible and have zero cameras outside the building. It cost us $500 to replace one passenger side window. Beware of this nonsense. The OPP station is across the road and they do nothing at all to stop this from happening.

It was great staying, staff was great

2 room suite with kitchen. Very nice and roomy. Had a fireplace but wasn’t used. Pillows, Mattress and blankets great. Breakfast was just ok - bacon was not crispy and looked under cooked.

I needed to use the washer/dryer but they aren’t setup for credit cards. They only take Canada coins. Front desk could not accept US money. Not a deal breaker but a credit card could work for all.

The check in was smooth and the rooms were very clean and comfortable.

We had a little kitchenette to prep our meals for the day before we headed out for the day. Breakfast being included with our stay was convenient and lovely.

It was a great experience staying at Homewood, complimentary breakfast with basketball court.

Quiet at night, comfortable bed and pillows, kitchen facilities was a bonus, breakfast had variety, food was tasty, lots of parking, building was clean. Friendly staff, easy on off highway, close to everything.

We were in town for a baseball tournament and loved this Hotel! The rooms were amazing, like a small apartment. The back patio was a great place to use for our group in the evening and the basketball court was perfect for the boys! The gym was great too! We would most definitely stay here again! Thank you for an amazing experience!

We had such a wonderful stay at Homewood Suites while visiting our son and celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary. Everything was beautifully prepared and made us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived.

We especially loved the thoughtful little touches in our room, including the adorable swan made from towels and the lovely personal details. It made both the visit and our anniversary feel even more special and personal.

The hotel was beautiful, comfortable, and very well cared for, but what stood out most was the kindness of the staff. Everyone we met was warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming.

Had great experience with London Homewood suites for my stay during on site duty. The rooms are spacious and comes with all the necessary appliances. Wednesday evening snack options were the best I had. House keeping requests are well addressed. Breakfast options too are great. Coming back for another two rotations.

Location, facilities & allowance to bring a dog

My long-term stay at Homewood Suites has been exceptionally pleasant, and a huge part of that has been the wonderful staff.

I would especially like to recognize Alena from the kitchen staff. She always greets me in the morning with a smile and is consistently friendly, welcoming, and kind. She even made sure my favourite broccoli cream soup was available for Wednesday’s dinner, which was such a thoughtful touch. She genuinely makes dining at the hotel something I look forward to.

I would also like to recognize the front desk supervisor, who is always extremely helpful, friendly, and funny. Every interaction with him has been positive, and he has consistently made me feel welcomed and taken care of throughout my stay.

What really makes this hotel stand out is the team behind it. The staff have made my extended stay significantly more enjoyable, and their kindness, professionalism, and personal attention are what make the service here exceptional.

Experience here is great. The rooms are excellent. Have all your amenities. It’s pretty clean. Although having rooms clean everyday would be great instead of every other day. Noise is calming. Value for rooms it’s cover by business. Location is great. Service by Alex was excellent. Only thing that would make this awesome if for the complementary dinner they would make some bbq. Here and there. But other than that it is excellent. Thanks. Atmosphere is relaxing.
