You have to go to main gate to get anything you order from outside
Overall, we had a good stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly, and a special thanks to Alisha Israr, who was extremely helpful and made our stay more comfortable. The hotel is good overall, although some areas could benefit from renovation and updating. With a little refurbishment, it could offer an even better experience.

My stay at the Ramada Airport Hotel was once again excellent. The friendliness and dedication of the staff are outstanding; in this regard, special mention should be made of the room service on the third floor in the non-smoking section, as well as the front desk staff, bellhops, airport shuttle drivers, and concierge staff.
The breakfast offered, the location close to the airport, and the outdoor area, which provides a peaceful place to take a walk, complemented the stay.

I had a wonderful experience at Ramada Karachi Airport. The Guest Relations Manager, Manahil, was extremely polite, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. Her warm attitude and excellent service made my experience truly pleasant. Highly recommended!

Room telephone wasn't working well. Wasn't able to both sides.
My rating for this is going up as compared to my last visit in early 2025. This is mainly due to improvements in front desk, excellent airport pick up and restaurant staff. There is a responsive front desk available with good staff like Alisha Israr and colleagues. In the restaurant Noman was very responsive and fast. Among cleaning staff Saifullah was great and arranged cleaning at a very short notice. Clearly there are many improvements in the hotel and system. There are a number of things to improve though, which are listed below.
The room needs a small study desk. External windows are not cleaned for a while and so the nice view is blurred. There are more cars allowed and parked near the reception area, which was not the case before. There are still minor communication gaps at the time of billing, for example how many ironing pieces are allowed complimentary etc. Finally, the taste of soup served in the BBQ area was poor (probably not fresh) and live music singer was not reluctant to sing on some days, though sitting there. Overall these things are minor but may brining the rating to 10 out of 10.
All the facilties were up to the mark. The staff was very friendly and helpful and specially , Miss Alisha the relationship officer, she was extreamly helpful made our stay memorable and comfy. People like her asset for the business
