The location close to airport
Bed sheets were stinking , toilet was not clean. Despite calling the reception several times asking for toilet amenities nothing provided. Soap bottles were empty etc.
I paid full money but hotel give me dirty room
Breakfast
It doesn't offer the value of money. Old and unclean rooms.. a coffee sachet costing a few cents they didn't give. Even a plate to use they charge money... No complementary services at all.. so avoid
Old and not worth the money
The breakfast was okay, the desi stuff were well made. But continental was just passable at best. The room sizes were okay. The hotel itself is on a very good estate and a lot can be done with it. The staff were very nice, they supported the trip overall.
The hotel was very dirty, there were insects roaming on our floor. The corners of the room weren't cleaned, the toiletries weren't refilled. The shower pressure was very bad. The pancakes and french toast in breakfast weren't very good. It was not kept like a 5 star hotel, let alone a Ramada. I booked MY airport pick up for 7:30 in the morning, and when i reached down to the reception at 7:33, they said I got late, the car picked up other passengers and went. Why are there other passengers in my airport port drop off? If it's a shuttle, it must be free and run on set times. If it's a paid pick and drop service, then it's booked for me, and should wait for me.
The hotel was very dirty. Had cockroaches and other insects roaming on the floor. The toilets weren't well kept, and rooms did not have proper cleaning. NO fault of cleaning staff though, I think they are just not trained by the management on how to keep a 5 star hotel properly.
Expensive hotel. Charging 40,000 a night.
Extremely average experience.
I ordered dinner via room service - ordered the chef special salad... I received chopped cucumbers, tomatoes, salad leaves, linearly placed with no dressing whatsoever. When I called for the dressing, they sent thousand island sauce ... Obviously nothing like the vinegarette dressing described..
Additional I ordered grilled fished in lemon butter sauce. They delivered pan sauteed fish with BBQ sauce. Moreover it was 11pm yet they didn't charge to room. They insisted on immediate payment and made me wait so that they could bring the card machine.
Moreover when I checked into the hotel they charged an extra 4000 PKR (stating they'll balance it out on checkout... Especially if I use mini bar etc). I didn't use anything so they kept 400 PKR as front office service charge (god knows wtf that is). Additionally they charged 1000 pkr for the airport shuttle which is usually free from any semi decent hotel in Karachi. This is an airport hotel ie 5 minutes away yet they charge 1000 pkr. I informed them of my pick up time the night before as well as in the morning. The shuttle was 25 minutes late.. and no one was bothered. If you book an in drive it is faster cheaper better and more reliable.
In the morning I requested for an iron to be brought to my room and shared my flight schedule..I called thrice yet they delivered an iron 30 mins later. I obviously didn't wait around and wore whatever I could without looking like a towel.
There is noone to help with luggage to & from room.
Also the room is 40k a night yet the shower pressure is absent. The water simply drips at the speed of development in the country and one hair wash becomes a mission in itself.
All in all excluding the cleanliness the hotel & staff is a joke.

Room we paid for was Business King room, which was meant to have extra bed added, but room we ended up with only had space for a mattress. Took long time to get food. We requested iron which never arrived. Seems like they only had one iron for the whole hotel.
