It was a convenient location.
I prepaid for a king bed on bookings.com. I got 2 queen beds. There was a large air purifier running in the room that was left in the room all night because there was no maint. person and the previous guest smoked in the room. The room stunk of ionized air from the air purifier. And the toilet was broken. I had to pull the lid off the toilet and adjust the broken stopper valve so the toilet wouldn’t run all night. The lady at the front desk was no help.
Beautiful hotel, so happy with my choice! Food was very good and a nice selection.
The staff was very pleasant and helpful with any questions.👍🏻
The one complaint would have to be the bathtub. I think it is very dangerous. The way that it slopes down into the middle. I’m sure it’s for drainage, but it was really scary to take a shower in the tub.

Pool water was cold is out only complaint.
Room was exactly as requested. Loved the easy access to the room and the shower.
Was confused about breakfast and dinner. Couldn't find the ice machine,when I asked qt desk they did offer to go get for me ,but only gave me a half a bucket.
The room was comfortable.
The mini refrigerator did not work and the pool was very cold. We had a family staycation partially for the pool and it was not available on our last morning due to routine cleaning, which wouldn’t be done until after checkout.
Room size was good. Room and towels were clean.
Shower door leaked. Didn't like that the bed was too close to the wall. If the head of the bed was on the other side, there will be more room to walk around.
We ate at a local restaurant. We had hoped brkfst was included in our stay as so many hotels have that feature where we’ve stayed.
