La proximité de la gare est très intéressante pour des départs de train très tôt. Mais également la proximité du RER B qui va directement au stade de france (top pour les soirs de concert). Le confort du lit et la mise a disposition de fauteuil et terrasse est un très bon point.
Lors du check in, on ne pas dit les services qu'offrent l'hôtel. Je trouve dommage. Les toiles d'araignées sur la terrasse.
L'emplacement près de la Gare TGV est idéale
Sale, mal isolé. On m’a prélevé 250€ a mon arrivé, ce qui aurait dû être une caution bloqué s’est retrouvé être un debit de 250€ !!! Pour 2 nuits ??!?!!?
Salle de bain sale, les joints de la baignoire ont de la moisissure, le porte serviette n’a pas été nettoyé depuis je ne sais combien de temps. Canapé avait la housse complètement massacré. Tache sur les murs, lumière de la salle de bain, sur les 4 présentes 1 marchait les autres c’etait par intermittence ... Robinet de la baignoire plein de tartre. Le robinet de l’evier de la salle de bain lui était entouré de crasse.
Le petit déjeuner a 10€, pour avoir 3 baguettes qui se battent en duel, de la charcuterie et du fromage même pas protéger caffis de mouche.. De l'eau chaude a dispo qui est en fait froide. Des panneaux de crêpes ou d’autres produits encore en plus mais plus rien devant et ceux a n’importe qu'elle heure que ce soit tôt ou tard le matin... J’aurai pris en boulangerie pour 10€ j’aurai été bien mieux

Et pour tout cela en guise de caution au risque de délabrée leur chambre on m’a prélevé 250€ ???

The hotel has a very convenient, central location.
I stayed at the hotel on a business trip, but despite its good location, I would not choose this hotel again.
In my opinion, the hotel does not meet four-star standards. The overall experience was closer to a three-star hotel, while the price was relatively high.
The main problem was the attitude of the staff. Some interactions felt intrusive, arrogant and unprofessional. The hotel did not seem to understand the needs of business travellers, who require a calm environment and practical support to carry out their work.
I arrived in the evening and was asked to pay upfront, but nobody informed me that breakfast was served only until 9:30 a.m. Later, getting a coffee and a croissant to take away required the intervention of the hotel manager, even though this should have been a simple request.
In the restaurant, a waiter repeatedly tried to start a conversation with me while I was clearly on a business call. When I raised the issue with the manager, the situation was handled poorly. The waiter remained nearby and continued to involve himself through his behaviour and body language, while the manager appeared unable to manage the situation effectively.
I was offered vouchers for future stays, but this was not a useful solution because I do not intend to return. Overall, the hotel did not provide the professionalism, flexibility or support I would expect during a business stay.

The lateral view of the Hotel, it seems based care and the reception was the same.
La kitchenette est très bien équipée, la literie confortable, la salle de bain et la chambre propres ainsi qu'une petite terrasse bien agréable. Le personnel de ménage aux petits soins, pro et souriant et le personnel à l'accueil pareil.
Alors, personnellement, je pense que les meubles de la salle de bain ( qui sont en bois ) mériteraient une bonne rénovation, l'humidité ayant fait son oeuvre.
