We really enjoyed Puebla. The hotel was in a perfect location but it needs to be renovated a bit.

The location was the best feature of our two day stay.

El hotel no cumple con lo que promete en internet y muy mal servicio del mesero drl

Solo la ubicación del hotel y la atención del personal de la recepción y de la señora de limpieza.

Cons:

Que el restaurante cobra por separado del hotel, no quisieron pasar el costo de mi consumo a mi cuenta del hotel.
El mesero que nos atendió se puso a platicar y tardó mucho en servirnos a mi esposa y a mi las bebidas que se le solicitaron, nos las llevó casi cuando terminé de consumir mis, alimentos, ninca preguntó si se nos ofrecía algo más.
También en el cuarto no hay una, secadora de cabello, no hay servibar.
En su publicidad por internet ofrecían un desayuno de cortesía y no me lo hicieton válido.
En verdad no me quedaron ganas de regresar ni tampoco recomendarles.

Está muy bien ubicado, el personal muy amable el lugar muy bonito

Cons:

Era una habitación cerca de máquinas había mucho ruido , tuve que mover un poco el colchón y salieron unas casetas usadas no se de quien 😝
