Pros:

Close to the city center.

Cons:

Walls and carpet were not clean. The room atmosphere was cold. Hair dryer was broken. Not worth the price.

Ottima posizione in zona tranquilla e in 2 minuti sei già in centro. Camera spaziosa e pulita.

Cons:

La colazione (non era compresa e l’abbiamo provata solo la prima mattina) andrebbe migliorata con più qualità.

Comodidad, tranquilidad y cercanía al centro
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente. Las vistas de la habitación son muy bonitas, al castillo. Las camas son cómodas.

Cons:

Que no tuviera nevera la habitación. Que en varios días que estuvimos hicieron la limpieza por encima y no repusieron el jabón de la ducha y papel higiénico.

Ljubljana est magnifique ! Ville très accueillant ! Leur cuisine est excellente !

Petits-déjeuners au top !
Les chambres très bien !
Emplacement très bien aussi car à 10 minutes du centre !

Cons:

L'attitude d'une équipe à l'accueil à notre arrivée : Je suis française donc je me présente et dis que j'ai réservé 2 chambres. Sur ce l'employé me répond "je parle l'anglais - l'italien et le slave je ne comprends pas le français" sur un ton qui m'a déplut, aucun sourire, un ton désinvolte, car la discussion en serait restée là si je n'avait pas insisté ! Oui je me débrouille en anglais donc j'ai quand même eu les clés mais son attitude (pendant ces 2 jours) était vraiment désagréable. Pour moi l'hôtel est tellement grand qu'ils ne font que du chiffre !!! Ce ne sont pas de vrai professionnels du tourisme !
