No centro de Ljubljana
Pros:

Bastante central, permite chegar à zona histórica a pé sem qualquer problema, ficando a meio caminho também em relação à estação de comboios. Bom pequeno almoço.

Na het hebben van een klacht over mijn eerste kamer (lekkage badkamer waardoor vloerbedekking helemaal doorweekt was), heeft het personeel goed gehandeld en mij een nieuwe kamer aangeboden, superfijn! In ca 10 minuutjes wandelen sta je in het centrum van Ljubljana bij alle gezellige restaurantjes.

Cons:

Kamer was niet superschoon, tv deed het niet en ook de lampen werkten niet in eerste kamer. Handdoek die aanwezig was, was niet schoon. Na een klacht is dit opgelost door mij een nieuwe kamer (met upgrade) aan te bieden.

Die Lage konnte den insgesamt wenig einladenden Eindruck des Hotels leider nicht ausgleichen.
Pros:

Die fußläufige Lage zur Innenstadt war sehr praktisch.

Cons:

Die Umgebung des Hotels war wenig ansprechend und das Personal wirkte nicht besonders freundlich. Das Frühstück war qualitativ enttäuschend und ausbaufähig, zudem war es im Frühstücksraum sehr laut, dunkel sowie nicht einladend. Auch der offen mitten im Zimmer platzierte Kühlschrank wirkte störend. Insgesamt fehlte dem Hotel Gemütlichkeit und Flair.

Las suits muy bonitas, limpias y comodas.

Cons:

La habitacion normal olia un poco a humedad y las paredes estaban muy sucias falta pintura, la mesita de noche estaba sucia y el tv desconectado. El desayuno es poco variado.

Looks like a good deal but beware - if a problem they will not be very helpful.

Cons:

No hot water for three nights - used sport centers and pay saunas to shower. Hotels did not offer any compensation upfront - after many complaints to Booking.com looks like hotel agreed to a refund percentage. However, today, 5 days after the stay, no compensation received, just words and delays.

Bra läge, tyst på nätterna. Personalen i receptionen var väldigt hjälpsamma och serviceminded. Rent på rummet och på hotellet i övrigt. Frukosten var ok

Great location, staff helped and answered every question, place was very clean and great breakfast

Buffet style breakfast had a wide selection of items. I would not change anything.
