Un bel hôtel, mais un accueil en dessous des standards
Pros:

L’hôtel et les chambres sont magnifiques et très bien situé
Le petit déjeuner était excellent
Les masseuses du spa étaient très gentilles et professionnelles

Cons:

L’accueil indifférent et désinvolte. Le personnel de la réception était plutôt froid, et peu facilitant
Le matelas était mou et affaissé

Wonderful 3 days of 60th birthday celebrations!
Pros:

The location and view of Matera is perfect. Had a wonderful full body massage by Francesca. Breakfast is as great!

Cons:

Our accommodation wasn’t set up with a double and single. Only double. We weren’t in the main hotel so a lot of steps with luggage.

A truly unique Matera experience, staying in an atmospheric cave beautifully contrasted by a stylish, modern fit-out. Definitely stay overnight—Matera is absolutely magical after dark.

Cons:

Stairs are unavoidable given Matera’s unique geography, so I’d highly recommend travelling with hand luggage or backpacks.

Pokoj znajdował sie w oddzielnym budynku, co oznacza praktycznie brak mozliwosci korzystania z infrastruktury hotelu, ciezko przez srodek miasta spacerowac w szlafroku po pobycie wSPA, ponadto aby skorzystac z baru czy tarasu nalezy przemiescic sie około 450m ... to bez sensu, kiedy po drodze sa inne bary. Taras przy tym apartamencie nie ma widoku na miasto! Cały urok tego hotelu jest, gdy pobyt jest na terenie hotelu a nie kilkaset metrów dalej, gdybym szukała apartamentu, wynajęłabym apartament a nie pobyt w hotelu. Pan na recepcji arogancki i bardzo nie miły, nie jest to więc oferta pobytu w hotelu, tylko apartamentu z ewentualna możliwoscią korzystania z infrastruktury hotelu, a to ogromna róznica.

Essendo in pieno centro storico la posizione è molto comoda. Ho trovato saggia la scelta di terme esclusive per adulti. Il posto è davvero caratteristico.

Pros:

O hotel está numa localização ótima! (Só é ruim de chegar com as malas! Deixamos o carro num estacionamento recomendado pelo hotel) os quartos são lindos, caverna. O café de manhã é maravilhoso. A pianista deixa o clima muito agradável. Não tive tempo de ir às termas, por isso já fica aquela vontade de voltar.

Great Location
Pros:

Good location for access to the historic areas of the city. We had an amazing view from our bedroom window. Terrace areas were nice to enjoy a drink with a great view.

Cons:

Shower was very small -but it was a minor issue.
No coffee making facility in the room.
Walking from the garage to the hotel is not easy as there are many steps. Best to book the shuttle!

Tout est super ! La dépendance est à 6/7 min à pied de la réception et du petit déjeuner mais on est en plein cœur de Matera est c’est sublime ! Très propre, le personnel parle anglais et est très gentil ! Petit dej royal avec bcp de choix et du fait maison

L’emplacement et les thermes romains magnifiques . Le cadre de la chambre atypique

Pas de cafetière ou bouilloire en chambre. Le personnel d’accueil qui donne (sur notre demande) le minimum d’information voire pas du tout. Ex. Pour accéder aux thermes nous avons du ressortir car on avait « oublié «  de nous donner le bonnet de bain et une clé de vestiaire obligatoires pour l’accès…
