Wir kommen definitiv wieder!
Pros:

Wunderbare Einrichtung. Super netter Empfang und Service. Frühstück war gut aber ein sehr schön eingerichteter Frühstücksraum. Der Strand war gleich in der Nähe und hatte eine sehr gute Strandbar.
Der Pool und der Garten laden zum Verweilen ein. Im Moment werden Zimmer renoviert und wir hatten das Glück ein frisches Zimmer zu bekommen. Das Bad ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Insgesamt sind wir sehr glücklich mit der Auswahl des Hotels.

Cons:

Möglichkeiten zum Trocknen der Badesachen war im Zimmer nicht so möglich.

Abbiamo apprezzato l'accoglienza, l'omaggio offertoci, il biglietto di bentornato, il personale fantastico, soprattutto il barista in piscina. E la ragazza gentilissima in reception. Peccato non ricordo i nomi.

Il receptionist notturno, non era aggiornato sulla nostra partenza alle 3 del mattino.

Siamo certissimi io e mia moglie di voler ritornare non appena possibile.

Colazione buona e abbastanza assortita sia dolce che salato; Il personale della sala colazione gentilissimo; piscina ampia e molto pulita con lettini sdraio comodissimi e ombrelloni; spiaggia disponibile sul lido arcobaleno convenzionato con l'hotel (unico neo la difficoltà e pericolosità di attraversare la strada per raggiugere il lido ma ovviamente dipende dall'Amministrazione Comunale); il personale delle pulizie gentilissimo in particolare la Signora che nelle mie date di soggiorno dal 5/06 all'8/06/2026 era addetta alla mia camera n.40, veramente molto cordiale e cortese.

Cons:

Il condizionatore della camera aveva un lieve ronzio che il manutentore non è riuscito a risolvere. Ma tutto sommato nulla di insopportabile.

Fajny hotel ale ma swoje minusy

Hotel położony jest wśród pięknej roślinności. Ma bardzo ładny basen.Jest część hotelowa i bungalowy, które zostały niedawno odnowione i wszystko urządzone jest bardzo gustownie. Bardzo podobała mi się natychmiastowa reakcja personelu na usterki w pokoju w części hotelowej. Wszystko zostało szybko naprawione.

Cons:

Przyjechaliśmy przed północą. W recepcji był tylko starszy Pan nie znający angielskiego. Pokazał nam gdzie są pokoje i nic więcej. Zawiedziona byłam tym że rezerwowaniem 5 miesięcy wcześniej (byliśmy z dziećmi) a pokoje dostaliśmy w innych budynkach, choć pisałam żeby były obok siebie. Na miejscu z Panem nie szło się porozumieć. Rano poszliśmy na plażę i okazało się że powinniśmy dostać kartki z recepcji. Na szczęście obsługa Lido była na tyle uprzejma, że pokazaliśmy klucze od pokoi i to starczyło. No właśnie, hotel nie ma leżaków hotelowych na plaży, tylko ma umowę z pobliskim lido co oznacza że tylko do 19-tej możesz być na leżakach. Zwiedzając do 18-tej masz ochotę jeszcze potem iść na plażę ( o 20:00 jest nadal 30 stopni w lipcu)a tu ani basen ani plaża wszystko już zamknięte. Zostaje pokazywanie na ręcznikach, tymi że wtedy nie brałabym hotelu który zapewnia leżaki na plaży wzięłabym tańszy.Poza tym dojscie do plaży jest przez ruchliwą ulice, pasy są gdzieś bardzo daleko - nie znaleźliśmy ich...

Very disappointing stay I do not recommend this hotel. The photos are very different from reality.

Unfortunately, there was nothing I liked.

Cons:

The entire property is old, poorly maintained, and dirty. Our room smelled strongly of mold, and the bathroom and toilet had the same unpleasant smell.To make things even worse, there was a constant noise from water running through the pipes all night long, making it almost impossible to get a proper night's sleep.The outdoor areas were also dirty and dusty. There were many stray cats that were very aggressive around guests. There were almost no trash bins, and garbage was not collected regularly.The room door was damaged and would not close properly unless it was locked, which made us feel unsafe.Breakfast was very poor, with very limited choices, and the cutlery and cups were often dirty.
The staff spoke very little English and were not polite or helpful. We also had a problem when we arrived for dinner. We were not served, and the staff were extremely rude and unprofessional.
The sun loungers by the pool had dirty cushions, and the prices at the pool bar were unbelievably expensive.
Overall, the price we paid for the room was nowhere near the standard of the hotel. This hotel does not deserve its rating. It was one of the worst hotel experiences we have had, and I would definitely not stay here again or recommend it to anyone.
