Clean room in modern hotel
Pros:

Clean and spacious room, perfect airco. Modern hotel in walking distance from the city center. Friendly staff, tasty breakfast.

Dzień dobry, jedynie chciałabym podziękować tej dobrej dziewczynie z restauracji, która na prośbę odrazu zareagowała w porównaniu do tych 2 kobiet, które były na recepcji w dzień przyjazdu.

Cons:

Te dwie kobiety zachowały się jakbym przyjechał w butach do ich własnego domu. Bardzo sztuczne uśmiech i nie chęć pomóc bo pokój zazwyczaj normalnie z widokiem nastały browar dostawałem, ponieważ w tych cenach raz w pol roku przyjeżdżam w sprawach służbowych i nigdy nie było to problemem, a teraz jakaś akcja. Poprosiłem zmienić pokój to jakby mięły mniema rękach nieść a nie na własnych nogach chodziłem. Z taką wielką usługą. Matko co jest?
Do tego wszystkiego nie ma nic w lodówce w pokoju. Nie było kapci, szlafroku, szczoteczki i pasty do zębów. Halo, ludzi wasz hotel 5 gwiazd, a pokój pusty , dwa ręcznika kiedy w innych na poziom niżej dają 4 ręcznika na dwie osoby.
Bardzo jestem nie zadowolony ta przejażdżką.
Plus, do tego jest parking przy wejściu do hotelu, wiem że można parkować auto, bo kiedyś mi powiedzieli. Z grzeczności zapytałem tych kobiet czy mogę parkować, na co usłyszałem że moge ale oni nie odpowiadają za auto i etc.
Do tego postaram dołączyć filmik jak siedziałem przy wejściu hotelu na kanapie a tam karaluch chodził sobie. Czyli oznacza że słabo z czystością. 23:18

Będziemy mieć wyjątkowe wspomnienia!!!

Doskonałe śniadania! Urozmaicone, oryginalne i bardzo smaczne. W pokojach czysto i bardzo komfortowo. Personel niezwykle uprzejmy, bardzo pomocny i gościnny. Doskonała lokalizacja.

Cons:

Bardzo ubogie obiady, które mocno kontrastują ze śniadaniami i ogromnie odbiegają od wysokich standardów tego hotelu.

Perfect hotel vriendelijk personeel en mooie locatie
Pros:

Zeer vriendelijk personeel, goede kamer had lekkage van de kamer boven mij en direct de andere kamer gekregen in 1 minuut geregeld, perfect! Kamers uitstekend nethes schoon mooie badkamer zo zeker iedereen aanraden.

Nice breakfast but AC in Rooms is lousy.

Breakfast and executive suite.

Cons:

Fridge wasn’t cold and was barely colder than room temp. AC basically could not keep up during the day. Expect a lot more for a luxury hotel.

Hotel modern i molt elegant
Pros:

Hotel modern amb façana de vidre, molt ben situat, permet anar caminant per descobrir la ciutat de Poznan.
Personal de recepció amable. Piscina gran, molt bé i gimnàs ok.
Habitació confortable amb una petita nevera.
Sopar del restaurant boníssim.

Cons:

Esmorzar fluix, poca varietat, poca fruita i pocs sucs naturals.
En les habitacions s'observa desgast del mobiliari.
La separació entre habitació i el bany és de vidre, hi ha una cortina per mantenir certa privacitat que no tanca bé.
