Great price for great accommodations and customer care
The bed and pillows were clean & comfortable.
The experiene wasn't welcoming. Room 411 was apparently I was told should not have been rented out to stay in. The room was outdated, desk chair had rips in the leather, bathtub had brown rust stains in it, bathroom sink was backed up, bedroom had a AC unit tube connected through the Window & not inside of the wall,the smell was horrible like mold & it was stuffy. I was told that was the only room they had available & they were all sold out when I arrived around close 11:40pm Friday 9/11/26. I booked this room in August. Called & verified my reservation a week before my arrival & Thursday 9/10/26 stating I would be arriving later than the check-in time on 9/11/26. I was told it was fine & that it would be noted on my reservation. I believe my room was given to someone else when I already booked a month in advance to pay at the property not online at the time I reserved the room. I do not recommend this property to be listed as a location on Booking.com for future reservations because there may be frequent calls requesting refunds.

breakfast was decent, on par with a normal "free" breakfast; even for a dated facility it was clean; staff was responsive to requests of more towels, pillows, laundry bags
uncomfortable matresses, I woke up with a sore back each morning. tub faucet was loose, bathroom door wouldn't close easily and didn't lock. coffee downstairs in the lobby and breakfast area was always empty each morning
Location
The water took a long time to get hot and couldn't turn the lights on that were on the headboard
Loved my suite as always and the hospitality
The prices are ridiculous compared to other hotels but I like the hotel the pool was closed also if I spend the kind of money I spent at least the pool area should have been open
This is my go-to stay every time I visit GA!

It was a good location. There was lots of food options in the surrounding area.
It could use some slight work on cleanliness
The room was clean and comfortable.
The staff who greeted me upon arrival was lovely. It was the last time I saw a staff member for the remainder of my stay. I called the front desk several times with questions but never got anyone on the line.
