Pros:

The front desk receptionist was a exceptional, she was nice and friendly. The room was clean and the breakfast was good.

Cons:

The hallway on the 4 floor smell like cigarettes a little maybe it was the smoking floor.

Flavored water in lobby was nice. Room was pretty clean, dated. Beds were comfy except pillows. Walls were thin, could hear everything through walls. Breakfast was okay, but ran out of hot items, took forever to replace. And one day didn't refill. Overall we give it an 8.

Comfortable stay for a reasonable price.
Pros:

Breakfast was satisfactory. The exercise room had a treadmill and an elliptical machine. There is also an indoor pool (did not use). The king room was adequate with a TV, fridge, microwave, desk and another chair. The water pressure was better than usual in hotels. The hotel was about 15 minute drive from Truist baseball park, which we were there to visit. The cost of the hotels in battery park were very high so this was a good alternative. The hotel had quiet hours that were observed. The basic breakfast was adequate which included continental type food, eggs, sausage, bacon, juice and coffee etc.

Cons:

The room did not include a safe. The only ice machine was on the first floor. The elevator was slow and made noises like it needed to be serviced.

Good location for weekend plans. Great front desk staff
Pros:

The smell was fresh. Staff was friendly. Shower head was nice.

Cons:

Could stand to get a paint job. Pool was closed. Hate the shower curtain. Bathroom fan was functional but didn’t do what it was supposed to do. Could stand to update the A/C.
