Convenient and a good value central location, with very helpful staff. Well pleased and will return.
Pros:

Great location, very helpful staff and overall good value for money. No complaints at all. I think that having the $25 bar tab was a good touch. Which we used for 1/2 of our dinner bill. No a flash stay but will definitely stay again when we go to Auckland.

Cons:

Perhaps slightly cheaper parking for our rental. Other than that I nothing else for the standard of hotel.

Pros:

The views, quiet, peaceful park next door, very comfy beds, cleanliness, friendly staff, lovely meal, bright cheerful decor. Secure keycard, I felt safe.

Facilities are good, proximity to where we wanted to be was good
Have stayed there before so knew we would be comfortable

Cons:

Found getting into the tea/coffee etc difficult as would prefer them out but that's a personal preference

Cons:

The room was very dated and the furniture is old. One of the duvet covers had what looked like a blood stain on it, and one of towels had a clump of black hair wrapped inside.

Great value - excellent location for Spark arena and the city in general. Bar staff are top notch - so friendly and welcoming.
