Convienent for the last night before home after a big holiday. Good to have reception staff round the clock. Room was large enough and the sheets crisp. Good value.

Great location, room was clean and had everything we needed for a short stay.
We asked to leave our luggage for a couple hours after checking out and they said yes and to just place it on the trolley which was in the lobby. When we came back our stuff was still in the lobby accessible to anyone and everyone. We were able to collect our luggage without the receptionist noticing or acknowledging it, which raised some concerns about security.

Low quality food and uncleaned rooms were provided to us.
The reception staff were lovely and helpful.
The room was filthy, grubby dusty carpets, the towels had stains, hairs and holes. My daughter found an old half eaten French fry under the table and beer caps on the balcony. Very dated but felt dirty also. The fridge was also dirty inside the door with crumbs and old milk stains.if I could have cancelled the booking and gone elsewhere i would have. The state of the room put me off eating in the in house restaurant. What a shame.
