Not bad for price point
Pros:

Location

Cons:

Parking is first in first serve so even if you pay then leave and come back your park can be taken. Bathroom is quite run down.

Great location with friendly staff and a comfortable stay.
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location was great for getting around Auckland. Check-in was quick and the hotel was good value for money.

Cons:

The room was a little dated and there was some noise from outside, but it didn’t affect our stay too much.

Pros:

The bed was comfortable, but the room was tired and needs refurbishment, the worn furniture also needs replacing. There were cracks on the floor and in the bathroom.

Cons:

Sorting out my refund is annoying, as it doesn't make any sense, as I was charged with no invoice.

I actually was pleasantly surprised- location, conditions and price for two days staying are absolutely what I needed .

Pros:

The location was perfect- we stayed for a concert and it was 5 mins walk to Spark Arena and 15 mins walk to Queen Street. Staff were lovely and helpful too.

The range within the city center. And shower pressure

Cons:

The receptions weren’t always there tried to call a couple times no answer. We didn’t know we had to pay for parking it doesn’t say that on the website. They told us breakfast was included in our booking but in the morning they said we had to pay for breakfast and it wasn’t included. The rooms weren’t that clean and the toilet paper hadn’t been changed not worth the price we paid.
