The bed was the best part, it was comfortable and it made be sleep immedaitly.

Our bathroom was very dark.and airccon was very noisy.

Onsite parking as advertised was limited - car parking building was down the street but full for an event. Shower was great pressure but over a bar tub which was quite high so would be difficult for some

Bathroom! I’m 5’5” and the shower rose was at my forehead and the toilet below my knees, really unusual . The door had a gap so when my son tried to close the gap he became stuck in there. The man came immediately to help but then proceeded to tell us to slide the door very slowly to avoid it happening again. Apart from that the room was lovely and tidy/clean.
I liked the lil balcony’s, would’ve been way better with a chair out there. Liked the red shower curtains and the little cute teas and coffee they had to offer and the fact it came with milk and we got $25 credit for restaurant/bar.
There was a stain on the top bedding on the far bed. There wasn’t enough room in the bathroom and it was a bit of a funky setup. The balcony was TINY I wanted to sit out there in the morning

I still havn't received my bond back and that is very disapointing.
Staff were very good and pleasant .
The bathroom need an up grade the shower in first room was black with mould and dried milk splattered over cupboard to fridge.
The second room had broken tiles but was cleaner.
Interior of your hotel rooms needs up grading .

Location
No parking available. Staff at reception not that good - maybe it's a Sunday, conveying "I'd rather be not here at work" behavior. Better to have one with welcoming personality.
Also noticed smell of marijuana in the corridor and it's non smoking level.
Shower over the bath can be safety issue as bit high and you can missed your step on to bath mat without grip. Better to have a hand rail where you can hold on to. Risk for falls especially for elderly and those with some mobility issues.
Very noisey pipes in the walls going off every few mins, kept us awake, bathroom needed a good clean, shower was broken, tap sprayed water on floor when turnt on and on yourself, dirty mirrors

The staff were absolutely beautiful.
The fact that there were no car parks to buy had to go out on the street and park at my own risk of damage or theft.
My room wasn’t very nice. But my other room I bought was nice.
