Cons:

L’hôtel ne m’a pas répondu à ma demande de réserver la navette de l’aéroport pour mon arrivée à l’hôtel. J’ai simplement été ignoré par message sur booking et ça ne m’a pas plu. Je l’ai fait savoir à Benyamin quand je suis arrivée à l’hôtel.
L’eau chaude aussi n’était pas dispo le premier soir à notre arrivée.

Pros:

Die Lage vom Hotel ist wirlkich schön.Obwohl es in der Gegend nicht sehr viel Auswahl an wirklich GUTER Küche gibt.Dafür ist man mit dem Bus schnell in der Altstadt wo es mehr Abwechslung gibt und auch wirklich hervorragende Küche.
Das Frühstück und die Aussicht waren Top.
Poollandschaft herrlich.

Cons:

Eine etwas spezielle Speisekarte im Hotel aber ok.
Das Personal ist jetzt nicht übermässig freundlich aber auch noch völlig im Rahmen.
Ansonsten fand ich es ein bisschen mühsam dass am Pool wie in Malle bereits früh morgens Liegen reserviert wurde,dann aber ewigs niemand da war.Dass niemand von den Angestellten das unterbindet trotz Hinweisschild fand ich schade und lässt die Anlage billig erscheinen.
TV kein Netflix app.Nicht zeitgemäss.
Innenstruktur bröckelt überall etwas.
Von mir aus gesehen,stimmte das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht und ich sehe da max.ein 4*Hotel.
Privater Balkon kein möglicher Sonnenschutz.

Lovely stay in Dubrovnik with a short taxi ride to the hold town
Pros:

The location was great and the beach was lovely! The room was a little smaller and the mini fridge wasn't well stocked but it was a comfortable room with a great seaview.

Cons:

We felt some of the facilities were outdated, such as the gym. The gym facilities for a 5* hotel was not up to scratch and some of the aspects in the room were a little old looking but it wasn't by any means awful.

Nagyon sok negatív kommentet olvastam, mielőtt mentünk! Kicsit el is voltam bizonytalanodva. De oda értünk kedves kiszolgálás, gyönyörű hely! Szobának egy lakosztályt kaptunk! A 2 egyszemélyes ágy helyet!🤣 ♥️A kilátás a szobából egyszerűen gyönyörű volt! Felszerelt szoba! Kávé,tea! Neszeszer termékek!!! (Mások írták nem volt! ) Hatalmas kényelmes ágy! Erkélyen is napozó ágy! Tökéletes a pihenèsre!
Étterem kiszolgálás is nagyon kedves ! Az egész hotel nagyon szép! Írták mások kommentben hogy ráférne a felújítás! Lehet,de nem olyan vészes mint amiket olvastam!! Azok az emberek akik ezeket írták nem voltak még rossz szálláson!!!
Az óvárosba a busz a szállás elől megy, mi minden nap kint voltunk mert 10 percenként mennek a buszok....oda is és vissza is!
A part tiszta kavicsos ugyan, de lassan mélyülő. A napozó ágyakat nem lehet foglalni! Szimpatikus ez!! Mert sokan fogták letették a törölközőt és elmentek pl kirándulni! Fogta a személyzet és összeszedte ezeket mert látták hogy nincs használva a törölköző! Mivel sok hely van de azért ha nagyon sokan vannak a szálláson nem olyan sok így ez nagyon jó ötlet!!
Később szerettünk volna kicsekkolni,mert este ment a gépünk és megengedtèk mindenféle felár nélkül!! Nagyon szépek köszönjük ezt az élményt! Megbeszéltük ide vissza fogunk térni!

Félpanzióval foglaltunk de a vacsorába a víz nincs benne! Az, hogy az alkohol nincs ,rendben! De a víz azért jó lenne ♥️Ez szerintem nagyon szomorú! Mert a reggelinèl még pezsgő is van!🤣

Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat .
Pros:

A szoba elrendezése, kilátás, a terasz ezek mind tökéletes volt.

Cons:

A takarító személyzet naponta többször is kopogtatott és bejött, miért nem lehet ezt egy belépéssel megoldani ? A fürdőszoba elszívóberendezése nem működött, a WC nagyon szűkös nehéz beülni nem kényelmes. A fürdőkád ma már nem opcionális.

Pros:

The room was clean and the stuff was helpful

Cons:

Very limited parking space and we needed to ask for help to open the parking barrier, bath not working, for the lunch the didnt have what i wanted to eat (linguini with seafood, mussels) , only a part of the beach was included in the price!

Lovely stay
Pros:

Lovely hotel. Nice room, comfortable and clean. Lovely view of the sea. Fantastic (!!!!!) breakfast - so many different types of food. Loved that it’s not so close to old town - quieter and less congested.

Amazing 5* Hotel in Dubrovnik!
Pros:

Amazing hotel, loved it. As soon as we checked in we were greeted with Champagne 🍾 at the checkin counter. Never seen that at any hotel we stayed at before.

Stunning views of the water. Good food at the restaurants.

The room was clean and we had no issues.
We booked a boating trip through their local experiences desk which was amazing.

We will come and stay again.

Cons:

The only negative I can say is the interior carpets in some of the hallways to the rooms might need updating as they seem a bit dated.
