Lack of variety of vegan options.
The showers by the pool/spa should have shampoo,conditioner, and lotion for after showering. As well as being able to lock the doors.

Unfortunately the overall lunch at La Mer or at the bar restaurant wasn’t the quality someone would expect at a 5* hotel. As well as the room service, mini bar service wasn’t replenished, for clean glasses you had to ask or they would take them away but not bring new ones. Small details, which do in fact matter

Nem lehet tudni, hogy napközben hol vannak azok a felelős személyek, akiknek az a feladatuk, hogy segítsenek a parton a napágyakkal, ernyőkkel stb. Vagy rászólnának azokra, akik nem fizettek ki a V level felárat, hogy ott nem tartózkodhatnak. Nincsen jól kezelve az elkülönített rész. Nekünk ezen a részen nem jutott ágy 2 nap sem 😢, pedig mi fizettünk érte. Ez így nem korrekt azzal szemben, aki egy teljes V csomagot vesz meg a szállodában. Szükséges lenne egy karkötő, ami azonnal jelezné, hogy ki a teljesen idegen vagy ki miért fizetett..
Mivel a sima részen sem volt hely, pedig még nem volt főszezon, ezért sajnos ez így csalódás volt és a medence körül kellett lennünk…az jó volt, csak az mégsem a tenger…
És emellett az is nagyon zavaró, hogy nincsen nyugalom ezen a részen, mert mindenféle turisták máshonnan ingyen bejönnek erre a részre és simán fekszenek az ágyakon, mindenhol, hangoskodnak és valóban zavarjak a szállóvendégeket. Nem értjük miért, de Senki nem szól Rájuk! Vagy kérdezi meg őket, hogy fizettek-e érte? Vagy akarnak-e fizetni? Biztosan azonnal felállna és elmenne…

A szálloda egyes részei valóban felújításra szorulnak, de még így is nagyon jó!

A folyosón valóban nagy szükség lenne vagy egy enteriőr illatosításra vagy egy szellőztető rendszerre! :)

I left this hotel feeling quite disappointed. As a five-star property, I expected a much higher standard of service, comfort, and attention to detail.

One of the biggest issues was that most of the restaurants were constantly full from the day I checked in until the day I left. This significantly limited the dining options available to guests and made the overall experience frustrating.

I was also surprised that no one informed me about the nearby bus stop that provides convenient access to Dubrovnik's Pile Gate. Such useful information should be proactively shared with guests.

The room had an unpleasant smell throughout my stay. Even after requesting a room freshener, the odor remained. Unfortunately, this was not an isolated issue. Several hotel corridors, including the passage leading to the beach, had the same unpleasant smell. The restaurant near the beach was also affected. This was by far the most disappointing aspect of my stay and something I would never expect from a luxury hotel.

The hotel was extremely crowded, possibly due to an ongoing conference, which further impacted the overall guest experience.

Upon arrival, no welcome or refreshing drink was offered, despite noticing that some other guests received this service. A warm and consistent welcome is a basic expectation at a five-star hotel.

The gym was also disappointing. There was water leaking inside the facility and around some of the machines, making certain equipment unusable. The overall condition and maintenance of the gym did not meet the standards expected from a luxury property.

Overall, the hotel failed to deliver the level of quality and service associated with its five-star rating. The persistent unpleasant odors, overcrowding, lack of attention to guests, and poorly maintained facilities left me with a disappointing impression. Given the reputation and price point of this hotel, I expected much better.

The facilities are a bit old and might need renovation. I think at least a single drink may be included at dinner.

Restaurants always full and as residents we assume some flexibility and cooperation in accommodating us .

The hotel is run down, service at the beach is extremely slow, the beach staff is not very attentive.

At first, upon check-in, we were given a room located under the restaurant, and it was very noisy due to chairs being moved above. However, the staff quickly responded to our request to change the room, and the next room we were given was very nice and quiet.
