Our stay was very comfortable, my grand daughter absolutely loved it. The breakfast was so good & great value

Overall it was okay.
Pros:

Convenient location as I was using one of their training rooms.

Cons:

A long upstairs walk to my room. Had a lot of bags as well.

Location is great and ample parking however in need of bathroom upgrades

The rooms (or the one I was in) need to be upgraded, wear and tear, old and musty smelling

The room was tidy but the entrance etc was a little neglected and needs updating. As in removal of the cracked/broken tiles at the entrances.

Pros:

Room was spacious, plenty of towels and toiletries, comfortable beds

Cons:

Couldn't sleep due to intermittent noise from external ac unit, which came on for 5 minutes and then went off for 5 minutes all night. Spoke to receptionist at 2am who said they would make a note. Did consider sleeping in the car or in the corridor
