It was fine
This hotel is absolutely perfect for my needs (and price range). Location couldn’t be better for shopping and dining and easy on and off the 400. The room was quite large with a spa bath in the corner of the bedroom along with a sofa and tables. The walk in shower is always welcome. The queen size bed was extremely comfortable with 3 very firm pillows. The hot breakfast in the morning had a nice selection of hot and cold food. The best thing about this place is the staff. WELMA is truly amazing. Welcoming and inviting, her smile says it all.
Other than a very slow elevator, I have no comments.

I left a portable luggage cart in the room and didn't get it back. I feel they didn't do everything possible to locate it,
Liked the smell of chlorine when walking in, close to amenities, rooms looked clean apart from the bathtub.
Cleanliness could be worked on and when calling to confirm, don’t use a private/unknown number.
The one bed in my room was nice the other was like sleeping on cardboard

Der Check-In war absolut professionell. Das Haus liegt außerhalb, aber fußläufig zu vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Parken ist kostenlos und es gibt genug Platz. Das Hotel bietet keine überdachten Parkplätze. Wir hatten ein recht kleines aber nettes Doppelzimmer in der 4. Etage, mit Blick auf den Parkplatz und auf die Straße.
Großer Fernseher mit vielen Sendern. WIFI hervorragend. Das Zimmer ist sauber und hat ein eigenes Bad mit sehr guter Dusche. Frühstück mit Rührei, Toast, Waffeln und Kaffee - ganz normal. Snacks und Restaurants in der Nähe problemlos möglich. Nahverkehr möglich, aber nicht genutzt. Der IndoorPool läd zum erfrischen ein/wunderbar.
Es gibt nichts zum meckern.

The beds were comfortable and clean. The bathroom was roomy and clean. There were enough hangers for coats and ddrying wet items. The television guide helped us find the stations and shows we wanted to watch.
The carpet in the room was dirty. I could feel that on my bare feet when I walked around the room.
