Hotel muito bom, perto de tudo, ótima estrutura, piscinas excelentes, boa estrutura de cozinha para preparar as refeições, tem uma academia boa para exercícios diários, quadras, enfim ótimo hotel

Não há limpeza durante a estadia e tivemos o azar de uma barata entrar no quarto, pois é térreo o quarto que estávamos, mas prontamente fomos trocado para um outro quarto superior, com todo apoio da equipe

Sehr schöne Ferienanlage
Pros:

Sehr schöne Anlage, es wurden viele Freizeitangebote angeboten, wie Shuffle Bord, Minigolf, Tennis, Basketball, Bing, dazu noch viele schöne Pools, die alle bis 23:00 Uhr benutz werden konnten. Waschen, Trocknen, alles vorhanden.

Cons:

Ohne Auto braucht man mindestens 15 Minuten zum Bus oder Supermarkt, haben wir aber gerne zu Fuß erledigt.

Cons:

Trash in bins at the basketball court and Trash bins left outside of rooms left very strong odors. There should be a conscious effort to routinely ensure trash is removed from these areas for the best guest experience.

Staff was great, room was great, perfect is the only word i can use
Pros:

We had a small issue with our room, and it was resolved immediately. I have had issues in other rooms in the past, and did not get resolved as fast as they did here. Everything was exceptional!
