Elevators will also be unavailable during the work.
The mechanical parking lot attached to the hotel will also be inoperable during the work, so guests will not be able to leave.

J’ai demandé une chambre dans un étage élevé, histoire de voir le ciel - j’ai effectivement été logé au 12e étage, mais… face à un immeuble. Avec des fenêtres grillagées, ça faisait un peu prison !
J’aurais dû demander à changer de chambre, mais j’étais fatigué en arrivant et j’avais un rendez-vous.
En outre, beaucoup de bruit (frigo, ventilation…), j’ai mal dormi.
Drôle d’hôtel faussement chic qui accueille visiblement des groupes.
Bref, franchement décevant, mauvais choix !

一つ希望するとすれば、フットライトが欲しかった。
夜中にトイレへ行くのにフットライトがあればいいと
感じました。

Le parking payant
Staff were very friendly, it seems that there is usually at least one staff member proficient in English at the front desk, but the staff were also very patient with my (mediocre) Japanese. Breakfast is divine, amazing variety, I would highly highly recommend that European/American travellers try the Japanese food there - do be forewarned if you're countryside English like me that the Western style food (bacon/sausages etc) are Japanese style, and while nice it's not what I was used to. Building is secure with keycards. Room was neat and cosy (we actually had a view of the police station behind us, so feeling extra secure), everything was very clean, bathroom in particular, and complimentary items & towels were replenished daily. Pyjamas and slippers were provided for use in the room.
It may have just been us, but it was very warm in the room, no matter how cold we tried to make the air conditioning, and this made it difficult to sleep within the covers of the beds, but flopping on top was comfortable enough and the beds were comfy.
飯店位置就在生田神社旁，地理位置非常便利，步行至三宮車站也不算遠，環境鬧中取靜。雙人房空間足夠，兩個行李箱都可以輕鬆攤開，不會感到擁擠。飯店人員服務態度親切，由於班機時間較早，還特別協助我們叫計程車，整體住宿體驗相當不錯。
