Perfect for beach vacation with a selection of restaurants around
Pros:

Staff was 10/10, very friendly and helpful while speaking multiple languages. I personally loved the breakfast,
with plenty of sweet and salty to choose from, with variety of bread, vegetables, fruits and cake.
The property, especially the garden was very well kept and it is filled with birds which I really like.
2 minutes by foot and you are at beautiful Pittulongu beach.
Rooms were neat, clean and perfectly catch the Sardegnan charme, shampoo and body lotion obviously at hand.
Check In and Check Out is flexible after communicating your intentions.

Cons:

The Cappuccino from the coffee machine at breakfast
Depending on where your room is located in can be a bit noisy, there is no sound-proofing.
Location could be a bit remote, depending on what your plans are. We check out almost each place on Sardegna and thus don't need to get out of town, only with the bus to Olbia, which schedule is a bit thin, they should drive more frequently as it easily gets crowded

Lovely for a short stay near a beautiful beach, but needs some maintenance investment.
Pros:

The staff is super friendly and accommodating, and the location is perfect. Just a brief stroll down to a beautiful beach.

Cons:

It’s a bit outdated and would do well with some renovations. It definitely has its own charm, but bathrooms and mattresses could be replaced/fixed.

Joli hotel proche de la plage de Pittulongu. Salle du petit déjeuner agréable avec une belle vue. Personnel très sympa. et professionnel.

Cons:

Sound damage related to pipes. and poor soundproofing of our room.
Three days in a row we woke up at 7 a.m.
These inconveniences have
affected our stay by 7 days despite the change of room.

Würden wir wieder hinfahren wenn es etwas näher am Wasser liegen würde.

Das Personal war sehr nett. Es war sehr sauber ob im Zimmer und auch die Anlage. Das Frühstück war gut!

Cons:

Ich hatte extra für meinen ersten Sardinien Urlaub ein Zimmer mit Terrasse und Gartenblick gebucht - leider hat mich der Ausblick sehr enttäuscht - nicht so wie erhofft und auf den Beispielbildern in der Anzeige - Ausblick war auf eine „Bretterbude“ und der Whirlpool der auf den Beispielbildern zu sehen war - war nicht befüllt und nicht nutzbar

Charming boutique hotel right on the beach. Was given a voucher on arrival for a welcome drink which was a really nice touch and the bartender prepared me a lovely Aperol Spritz. The room was pleasantly on the more traditional side but the bathroom was very modern.

Le personnel très accueillant, la proximité de la plage et le restaurant sur place. Nous avons juste fait l'erreur de prendre la demi-pension ce qui nous a empêché de goûter les plats de la carte ☹️

Pros:

Bardzo skromny hotel, lata świetności ma już dawno za sobą. Miły personel, Pani na recepcji poleciła dobrą restaurację na kolację poza hotelem.

Cons:

Cena wygórowana w stosunku do jakości w porównaniu z innymi hotelami, w których nocowałam na tym wyjeździe, hotel stary, przydałby się remont. Podwórko niezadbane, głośna wentylacja pod naszym oknem i smród. Brak opcji śniadania take away przy porannym locie. Palenie w przestrzeniach wspólnych w barze dozwolone co bardzo mnie zirytowało.
