The location was great for what we wanted.
There was nothing we didn't like. Although do not use the taxi phone at reception. They put the phone down on us twice then when we did finally speak to someone you could hardly hear them and they said taxi would be 5 minutes but was over 45 minutes. Luckily we ordered another taxi from another company.
The mattress was too soft
Having breakfast included & not only being continental was good. good sized carpark
Entrance to the hotel was a little tight if a car was coming the opposite direction
Location was good for us
Booked a disabled access room, I also messaged the hotel regarding the disabled access room, when we checked in the first room Had a shower over the bath which I cannot get in, the second room had a shower with a step into it, as the hotel was full we had to accept this room & my husband helped me in & out of the shower, when talking to the receptionist, the hotel only has 1 fully accessible room, it doesn't state on the booking.com website this important information.
Also the bed was really small so didn't have the best sleep.

Staff were helpful and accommodating, very quick to rectify any issues (which was only 1) Room was nice and tidy and very clean. Nice and spacious also.
Aside from the huge tree outside of our window (which actually didn't give us a view lol) it would have been nicer to get a tad more natural light in but it was something to complain about to be honest.

The location was good and the room was big.
The pillows on the bed were stuffed into the pillowcase. There was hair in the shower and on the toilet seat. The breakfast was in need of heating up.
I had a very good experience. Staff was outstanding very helpful to my situation. The breakfast was nice. Simple facilities was clean.

I only stayed for 1 night but the hotel had everything i needed for 1 night.
The road outside was quite noisy through the night
The stay was cheap, good size bedroom, very clean, had all the necessaties, really nicely decorated room, nice comfy beds.
The staff were really kind and helpful and the buffet breakfast was good. Overall 10/10!
There was only 1 chair at table for 2 people in room.
The location was perfect for where we were going. It was 6minute drive to Nechells and 7 minute drive to Roshon banqueting hall. It basic but clean
The bed was very uncomfortable and the mattress too soft. Glad we're only staying for one night.
