We liked the value of the hotel.
Pros:

It was a good location for our event. Felt welcome there.

Cons:

The bed was so uncomfortable we tossed and turned all night. There was no early check in and it didn’t appear to be at full capacity.

Pros:

The location was convenient.

Cons:

Parking is limited. Especially if you have an electric vehicle that you need to charge. There are only 2 spots that you have to pay for.

I would definitely stay here in the future. Very clean and polite staff
Pros:

Loved that it includes complementary breakfast. The location was so close to the Strip district, it was in walking distance. Great restaurants and bars close by.

GOOD LOCATION
Pros:

Very good hotel very clean great breakfast FREE PARKING easy walk to Pirates stadium across bridge Must visit Heinz museum across the street from hotel can spend 3 hours there. Room rates vary alot $150 to $350 depending if something is on at convention center across the street

Great Home Base to See Pittsburgh
Pros:

The location was a perfect to see downtown Pittsburgh. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was clean and open, even with the hotel being pretty full. We had a one-bedroom suite that easily slept the three of us. The bathroom was huge. I did not notice any noise issues at all. The gym was clean with good equipment. The free breakfast was great -- eggs, sausages, potatoes, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, toast, pastries, and juices.

Some great and some bad things
Pros:

Overall it was a nice hotel with a few great things and few bad things.
Great - location, free parking and staff were all awesome.
Bad - light didn’t shut off in room and needed maintenance to come out, shower temperature was impossible to regulate, doors make slamming noise when closing which was very frustrating and loud. Breakfast area was very dirty and not cleaned.
Overall - averages out to three stars :)

Typical Hampton/Great location
Pros:

I checked in on line but stopped to pick up our water and a key. Izzy was pleasant and helpful! Our room was clean and very spacious. Breakfast was Hampton style. However, there were lots of toppings for the waffles and oatmeal, ie nuts, dried cranberries, almonds, and bananas. I wish more attention was given to the pastry selections.The muffins looked like they had been frozen. My other suggestion is to update the sheets and bedspread. I also found the pillows in 600 to be uncomfortable. They were big, square and too puffy, almost like a decorative sofa pillows.

We enjoyed it & planned to stay again but not almost 4 times the price!!

Cons:

The extreme price change based on time of year. We stayed in April for $250 and 1 month later the rate is $878!!!!

Cons:

Frühstück typisch amerikanisch, für Europäer gewöhnungsbedürftig, Jugendherberge Feeling. Zu teuer. Bett zu weich.
