Loved it all...
Pros:

Room was very nice and big. Beds comfy. Fridge in room was unplugged so had to plug it back in. We were wondering why it wasn't getting cold. Worked good after that. Very good breakfast. All was convenient for what we were their for. Staff very friendly. Thank you.

Would stay here again.
Pros:

This location was close to the Strip District of Pittsburgh. Having never been here before, we visied the restaurants and shops. We’re hoping to be back later this year to explore more.

Cons:

That no one called to say they were canceling my reservation. If there was an issue with a card, I would have been more than happy to fix it. An error should bot have caused panic when I had this booked for more than month leaving me stranded in a city that potentially had no vacancy anywhere else.

Great hotel!
Pros:

Beautiful clean room, nice pool, no issues. It's been a long time since I've had a hotel room where EVERYTHING works, but everything did work fine here at Hampton Inn!

Cons:

Parking was a little tight on a weekend while a Pirates game was going on... Still available and free which was great! But far from entrance so difficult to juggle luggage and children.

We liked the value of the hotel.
Pros:

It was a good location for our event. Felt welcome there.

Cons:

The bed was so uncomfortable we tossed and turned all night. There was no early check in and it didn’t appear to be at full capacity.

Parking is limited. Especially if you have an electric vehicle that you need to charge. There are only 2 spots that you have to pay for.

GOOD LOCATION
Pros:

Very good hotel very clean great breakfast FREE PARKING easy walk to Pirates stadium across bridge Must visit Heinz museum across the street from hotel can spend 3 hours there. Room rates vary alot $150 to $350 depending if something is on at convention center across the street
