Todo bien en general.
La comida en el Restaurante es pobre, los platillos limitados, la vajilla vieja, pequeña y el mobiliario anticuado. Nada que ver con el NH por ejemplo de Monterrey, NL

El piso de la habitación tenía una tablas sueltas con clavos
La ubicacion del hotel
no estaba mal pero pueden mejorar el desayuno, poner embutidos frescos los 7 dias que estuve siempre estaban secos los jamones y quesos
El personal es muy amable y los cuartos bastante cómodos. El estacionamiento es con valet, pero el precio es accesible y dan buen servicio. El buffet es muy rico y la ubicación también es un punto a favor para eventos cerca, como Expo Santa Fe.
Se nota que están invirtiendo en remodelaciones de los espacios, lo cual se agradece. Sin embargo podría haber un poco mas de atención al detalle en los recipientes de productos de aseo personal que se ofrecen y detalles de mantenimiento en general en pasillos y habitaciones.

Buena relación precio y calidad, el cuarto es grande, el gimnasio es funcional, el desayuno es bastante completo, y las instalaciones están en buenas condiciones.
