Comfort Suites Foley

Stayed here 3 nights because it was close to a local events came for. After an 8 hour drive, the room they gave us smelled like a locker room. Ugh. Back down to the desk to ask for a different room. They put us in the one right next door. It smelled also. Not nearly as badly though. Everything in the bathroom was acceptable. Freezer compartment in fridge did NOT keep anything frozen. Was graciously allowed to keep my freezer pack in the employee fridge by the breakfast room. Sleeping was difficult. The bed smelled like a sweaty person had just been in it. All three nights it smelled like that. I used my lavender spray on the sheets, but still woke often smelling that sweat. Glad it’s unlikely we’ll be back to this area.

Everything smelled soured or musty. Mattress was horrible. Bathroom was great and plenty of towels and hot water.

The motel employees were very helpful and couteous.

This property is conveniently located on the same road I'm working on. Rooms are always available; they are always clean. Staff has already learned my name and recognize me when I walk in the door!

The room reeked of urine. The walls were dirty. The furniture was raggedy. The location was great. The staff was polite.

Just as expected, free coffee and breakfast, any store you need in same lot. Stayed 2 nights with my lady . No arguments so hotel was great

We always stay at Comfort Suites when we travel. This one did not meet our expectations. Upon arrival we signed in and went to our room. We had difficulty in getting the door to open with the electronic key and when it did the room was not ready for occupancy. The bed was not made and bedding was piled up. We went to the desk and the clerk appolized and issued another room. That was fine.

We went to the pool and the condition of the water was questionable. It was very cloudy and not clear as you could not even see your legs as it was so cloudy. The motel itself was ok, the breakfast was adequate and we would stay again if in the area.

The room smelled funny and the beds and pillows were not very comfortable. The AC never got the room cool enough.

Nice hotel

I enjoyed staying here. The room was spacious however, it had an old, musty smell to it as if it had been closed up, not receiving any fresh air. Once I sprayed it with lysol (several times), it was bearable. I would definitely stay at this property again. The location is perfect. Staff was friendly.

Nice property

We checked in a little late around 8:30 pm. The employee at the front desk was extremely nice and very helpful. I did not know this property was pet friendly. It was very clean and smelled amazing. The only thing was in the room there was dried up dog feces on the wall and carpet. I have a son with a disability that effects his lungs and he can not be around animal hair etc. But he did not have any problems. It was very clean except for the one spot. Breakfast was ok. Overall, it was very nice and comfortable stay. I would stay again.

Quick check in and clean safe property. Staff were friendly and helpful I’m a Hilton Honors member and usually stay at their property but I’ve found most Comfort properties offer the same amenities at a lower price so I may use them more. I’m a choice member but not all choice property owners maintain their properties to the same standards
