Pros:

レトロでかわいい洋風のホテルです。
エリアは銀座一丁目ですが、大通りに面してないのでとても静かでお部屋も防音性が高く隣の部屋の音は一切聞こえなかったです。
快適で、とても内装もかわいく、母も喜んでくれました。
ありがとうございました。

Cons:

安いホテルではないはずなのですが、クローゼットを開けたりベッドの下に埃が溜まっていて隅々まで掃除できていない印象でした。
せっかく素敵なホテルなのにもったいないです。
印象が悪くなります。
他の口コミにも埃が気になるとあったのですが、なぜ治せないのでしょうか、、？
それと朝食なのですが内容的に3,500は少し高く感じました。

Pros:

街なかですが夜はとても静かでゆっくり休めました。絵本に出てくるような可愛らしいお部屋です。コーヒーマシンやドライヤー、ライト付の鏡など女子旅に嬉しい備品も助かりました。
スタッフの方も皆さん親切でした。

非日常感があってよかったです
Pros:

趣きがある建物で部屋も外国のようでした。朝食もおいしかったです

Cons:

清掃も行き届いていましたがトイレや冷蔵庫が少し古めに感じられました。ベットサイドの灯りの調光も細かくできたらなあと思いました

Very kind and helpful staff, good position, very clean.
Pros:

Positioned in Ginza, not too close to the station so be prepared to a little walk

Cons:

The room was very small, mainly given we had 2 large luggage too!

電灯の在り方だけが残念
Pros:

朝食がおいしかった。ホテル内や室内は静かでよかった。部屋やレストランなど全体的におしゃれで女性には人気が出そう。（なお、私は年配の男性だが、男性でも心地よかった）客層も静かな人が多く良いと思った。

Cons:

電灯を消すと真っ暗になったので、何かしらの間接照明など、弱く優しい明るさのフットライトなどがあれば、就寝時に安心して消灯して睡眠できると思う。チェックインの際に人が大勢並んでいて時間がかかった。
