Pros:

Exceptional design and serene surroundings. Beautiful getaway spot for all the family.

Uređenje okoliša i lokacija

Cons:

Sobe nemaju klimu izrazito je vruće i po danu i po noći, usluga čišćenja je loša više puta morali smo zatfažit čišćenje sobe u popodnevnim satima, plahte i jastučnice nisu nam mjenjani 6 dana.

Things were over priced - charges were what I’d expect from a five star not four.
Being charged for bath salts with a bat tub in your room is one example!!

Very expensive but grounds and outdoor pool was lovely. Very glad it was lovely weather to enjoy it.

Stunning grounds and design, but disappointing service and dining
Pros:

The estate and grounds were the highlight of my stay. The surroundings are absolutely stunning, and the hotel's design is exceptional. The combination of beautiful nature and thoughtful architecture made the experience truly memorable.

Cons:

The main disappointment was the level of service. The hotel appeared to be understaffed, which sometimes resulted in slow service and a less attentive guest experience than expected for a property of this standard. The restaurant was the biggest disappointment during my stay. The menu lacked variety, and the dining experience did not meet the standard set by the rest of the property. Given the quality and uniqueness of the hotel, I expected a broader selection and a more memorable food offering.restaurant's menu

Prachtif verblijf
Pros:

Het prachtige domein waarin de manor gelegen is, je kan hier heel leuk en mooi wandelen, ieder hoekje is mooi onderhouden. Zeer ruime en propere kamer. Het ontbijt was heerlijk, zeer veel opties om uit te kiezen en alles is tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Ook de spa met het prachtig zwembad is zeker een bezoekje waard!

Cons:

Vanop de parking had je zicht in onze kamer dus overdag moest je de gordijnen sluiten om geen inkijk te hebben.

Pros:

L'architecture de l'hôtel est magnifique et l'intérieur est très confortable ; j'ai adoré le design. Le spa est également incroyable, et les piscines intérieure et extérieure sont superbes.

Cons:

Le bémol reste le service qui est décevant. L'équipe manque d'encadrement ; ce sont de jeunes employés qui font de leur mieux, mais ce n'est pas à la hauteur du standing et du prix. Il y a eu une soirée le vendredi soir et le nettoyage autour n’a pas été fait nous avons passé le séjour avec les mégots non ramassés…le personnel vous met à la porte du spa ou du bar 5mn avant la fermeture… Enfin les cocktails sont pré-mixés et pas au sommet de l’expérimental !
