Loved our stay at the Spatz Aparthotel

Spatz Aparthotel - a fantastic experience

On behalf of myself and my friend
(Miriam Dawaf), I’m happy to leave a glowing review for the Spatz Aparthotel and all their staff members.

From the time of booking through British Airways, we couldn’t have enjoyed a better experience.

We emailed them to discuss tour bookings and they responded promptly and booked our selected tours sending all the information by return email.

They also accommodated our request for rooms on the 1st floor and next to each other.

On arrival at the Spatz we were greeted by the Receptionist, signed in and given a map of Krakow.

Our rooms were bright, clean and stocked with a kettle/teas/coffees and even a little fridge.

We had breakfast included in our stay and it was well worth the additional monies. A selection of fresh fruits; cheeses ; breads; yoghurts; omelettes made to order; my favourite, scrambled eggs and so much more.

The staff couldn’t do enough for us and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again were we to return to Krakow.

Spatz Aparthotel is situated perfectly in the Jewish Quarter, a nice walk from The Old Town Square.

For us, it was far more favourable to the touristy area. A ‘cool laid-back’ vibe to the area; the best restaurants and great value for money.

What more can I say except a BIG thank you from Miriam and Olive to the staff for taking such good care of us.

Breakfast was good with good options. The fresh cooked omelettes were really good.

Goed en fijn hotel op een prettige locatie

Goede locatie in Krakow nabij het levendige uitgaansgebied in Kazimierz en op 15 minuten lopen van het stadsplein in het oude centrum.

Cons:

Verblijf was goed enige kritiek is dat de gordijnen mijn inziens te veel licht door lieten.

Definitely recommend, very good value for money. Great staff, breakfast and facilities
Pros:

Great location, very good breakfast and choice (would definitely recommend).
Great staff, very friendly, especially Magna (on the desk at breakfast) and Ola. They were the ones we had most contact with, but all very friendly and helpful.
Good bar and court yard area.
Basic but comfortable and very clean room (firestick provided for TV) so able to watch Netflix, free WiFi.

Cons:

Obviously a lift to floors would have been beneficial. But did not have a negative impact on us. Price and other facilities more than compensated.

Couldn’t sleep, some weird sounds/noises 24/7. Said that to staff and been told “no one else complains”. Bring your own tooth kit and slippers as not provided by hotel

Buena ubicación
Pros:

La ubicación, está dentro del barrio judío, cerca que muchos bares y restaurantes. Aparcamos bien en la calle.

Cons:

Nos alojamos en la última planta y las ventanas no tenían cortinas, así que desde las 4:30 am teníamos luz en nuestra habitación, el cuarto de baño olía mucho a pis, es un edifico de tres plantas sin ascensor
