Relaxing time in Sanur.
Pros:

Great location and great pools for relaxing.

Cons:

I requested interconnecting rooms on booking the property and this didn’t occur. We needed to move rooms halfway during our stay. Bath Towels are old and discolored, rooms needs refreshing.

Very disappointed. Even the previous reviews said that the hotel needs upgrades but I didn’t expect it to be so bad.

It was quiet and well managed. Friendly.
Feeling of being safe. Facilities very clean.

Cons:

The toilet smells in the public areas was quite pungent. I stayed on level 3 and every time getting out the lifts there was an overwhelming bad toilet odour everyday. The spa was kind of hidden with minimal signs directing where to go.

Great location, friendly staff and a good beachside hotel.
Pros:

Hotel was very close to the beach and in a good part of Sanur. Staff were very courteous. Breakfast was good and plentiful.

Cons:

The standard room decor is getting old and dated. It needs to be refreshed. The price of drinks outside of happy hour is expensive compared to other nearby establishments.

Prachtig zwembad en ruime kamers. Prima schoonmaak en ontbijt

Cons:

Complex is duidelijk verouderd en kamers hebben kleine gebreken. Prijzen van eten en drinken tov alle gelegenheden in de buurt veel hoger. Kwaliteit van eten valt tegen.

Facilities good , rooms clean, staff friendly but above issues make it difficult to stay there again

Family friendly. Great breakfast. Clean , lots of room, pools were great, food was great, facilities good

Cons:

Wifi was poor, dropping out frequently .
Not being able to get room until 3:00 after an exhausting day travelling is poor.
Having to pay $100 a night extra for a child’s bed in an already paid $150 a night room is excessive

Super Hotel, sehr kinderfreundlich. Nettes personal.
Pros:

Das Hotel hatte eine perfekte Lage.
Man konnte vom Pool direkt zum Strand gehen.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen… der Kühlschrank war laut.

A nice Surprise in Sanur
Pros:

This hotel exceeded our expectations. We had stayed at the Puri Santrian previously but because we were coming with a big family we stayed here as the "cheaper option". Boy were we mistaken. The Prama is huge but even though its big we always found a spot by either of the pools. The staff come out and serve drinks and lunch to you. There are at least 5 bars and restaurants on the premises and all were great. The location is on the quieter end of Sanur but still busy enough to enjoy yourself. This bfast was big. Just a great place for families, couples and even singles.
