Enjoyable stay in Sanur.
Pros:

The property is in a prime location close to the beach.
The Staff were ever welcoming and attentive.

Cons:

The Hotel is dated and could do with a refresh especially in the rooms. The bathroom was dark and small and storage was limited.

For a fantastic stay in a beautiful location Prama hotel covers all your expectations, then exceeds them.
Pros:

A fantastic property, perfect for all ages. Fantastic kids pool area and an amazing adults pool area divided by the large restaurant. A great bar restaurant on the beach with nightly live bands, but if you want a quiet place for nightcap the small bar overlooking the gardens at the reception end away from the crowds. Fabulous staff

Perfect spot and great for a family holiday. Outdated rooms.
Pros:

Perfect spot right on the beach. Amazing for kids with 2 pools and slides.

Cons:

The rooms are very dated and unfortunately our room smelt of sewerage throughout. My parents room didn’t at the other end but it was very off putting.

Pros:

On beach.

Cons:

Cleaners didn't always leave all towels, mugs etc. You should leave more water.
Coffee at breakfast was horrible.
Rooms were old and small. Pillow quality not good.
Towels left on loungers by pool but no one on them. That is not right.

The facilities were excellent

Cons:

The room was old and dark and in need of an upgrade.
The hotel is huge and has lost that personal touch. Breakfast is passable but very hectic if you picked the wrong time.
