Pool. Pool Bar. Restaurants. Bars. Entertainment. Monday night band was exceptional. Wednesday night traditional show was very good too. Ease of checking in and out. Location was excellent. Laundry and room service was very fast and professional. WiFi was great. Food too was top notch. Locational next to beach.
Rooms need a little upgrade to modernize. Bathrooms definately need an upgrade. Toilets on the property ie pool toilets, ones at Bamboo Bar all need immediate upgrading.
Pools are good, kid friendly. Property is good size. Not too big.

The hotel is set in lush and well kept grounds, with a fantastic pool. There is a large kids pool too. Staff are very friendly. There was a good selection of food at breakfast.
The bedroom was clean but dated. The hotel complex is huge; despite the large pool and number of sun beds, there was an issue with people claiming beds and not using them which was frustrating.
We had an amazing stay at this beachfront hotel. The location is excellent, with plenty of great restaurants nearby and a very well equipped gym.
The breakfast was lavish, offering a wide variety of options. What truly made our stay special was the incredibly kind, genuine and attentive staff, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.
We also enjoyed the many events organized by the hotel, all of which were well planned and professionally conducted. The spa was another highlight - definitely worth a visit for a massage.
The only downside was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom in our ground floor room: likely due to the drainage system.
Location was great, rooms basic but clean
Brekky Average service around pool a little slow and Pool Chairs pretty much taken all day everyday without anyone sitting in them, even though there arse signs to say if vacant for more than 30mins belongings will be moved, they never move them.
