It was very clean and the location was great as far as getting to the airport. Perfect location for anyone traveling into Ireland via Shannon Airport.

Disappointing stay
Pros:

I was disappointed by this hotel. For the price, I thought it would be better than it turned out to be. The staff were very friendly and helpful, but they were let down by the infrastructure.

One night stay.
Pros:

It was useful for where I was going. Really nice girl at reception when checking in.

Cons:

Lack of parking availablity. Gentleman on reception forgot to take payment for my parking ticket and then forgot to even validate the ticket delaying our departure

Basic comfortable stay.
Pros:

The location was fine and the room was comfortable

Cons:

No extra roll of toilet paper in the bathroom and less than half a roll in place. Half the breakfast was gone by 9.15 when breakfast was supposed to be served until 10. No pastries, no fruit, no bacon. One girl and one young boy helping for breakfast. Run off their feet.
