The stay overall was good but the breakfast was disappointing.
Pros:

Excellent location right beside the airport. Nice quiet hotel. Young lad serving breakfast was very helpful.

Cons:

The breakfast was disappointing. Very limited selection and it was a bit cold. Sauté potatoes were not cooked properly and croissants were a bit stale.

Perfect hotel for early departure flight
Pros:

It was a 5 minute walk to the airport- very convenient. We left too early to enjoy the breakfast but they do leave out a continental breakfast for early departures.

Not as wonderful as our previous stays, but we will book our next stay there again.
Pros:

Location, comfortable beds, for the most part - staff, food.

Cons:

Diego, set the bar too high with his exceptional, going the extra mile, customer care and welcoming. You need to give him a promotion. Julia, was a little defensive and curt at first but warmed up and did well. The Restaurant/bar head person was initially curt, short, felt rushed, and not very welcoming, she too got defensive over a miscommunication with the hotel reservation for holing our group dinner and meeting in the "Library" like we did in previous year. Not her fault, but she didn't help calm my frustration. She did shift and became very helpful. We ended well.
One of the rooms was dirty- but I didn't find out until later- our guest told me they were too tired to think about changing rooms.

Convenient but overpriced
Pros:

Location, bar was nice. Breakfast was average.

Cons:

They didn’t service the room, didn’t tell us you needed to have parking validated to get out of the lot, TV was useless and didn’t offer to help figure it out, room dated, over priced for what it offered.

Exceptional staff in a convenient location
Pros:

Desk staff were exceptional when we arrived. Organized and stored our luggage with efficiency and grace. Put us in a comfy waiting area and set us up with tea and coffee while we waited for check-in time. Got us into our rooms early. Gave us all we needed to know to get to our plane in the early early morning.

Cons:

The early breakfast was nowhere near as nice as your staff. Nice that the pastries were wrapped to go for the plane but they were pretty lackluster.
