This hotel is absolutely gorgeous, really great atmosphere and the room was stunning! I would highly recommend this hotel for a nice break away with the partner. It's definitely a place to impress he/she 😁
The only problem which was not on the booking information was the car park situation. I came from Portsmouth so wasn't familiar with the area and was expecting there to be onsite parking available which it says on the listing. Unfortunately the car park is first come first serve basis which caused issues with getting checked in when required. The receptionist was brilliant on the phone and listed some nearby car parks, these were around a 5 - 10 minute walk from the hotel so not great if you are carrying a lot of luggage!
Location, very clean, staff polite and attentive
The prices have increased however Bar was shut before 11pm and although rooms are very nice they are a bit dated. No a/c etc.
Comfortable bed and nice bar.
The door key system wasn't working, so we had to ask a member of staff to let us into our room when we needed to get in. It's rather pricey for what you get.

Fabulous hotel, great location, beautiful interior, lovely food
Beautiful building, AMAZING breakfast, lovely quirky room. It was our wedding night and we received a lovely plate of chocolates in the room.
The lift wasn’t working but we got free breakfast and late checkout to make up for that. We were helped to carry our luggage to the third floor, but had to carry it down ourselves to check out.
It was in a good location
We were in the new part of the hotel away from the main building so you had to walk across the car park. The rooms were very basic for the money paid. The bar was not available as there was a wedding on.
Excellent location and spacious room for getting ready (the suite).
The staff were unhelpful and at times downright rude. The pillows were ancient and lumpy. The lights were faulty.
Lovely experience at the Aheli spa for my friends 50th , staff are lovely and very attentive .
