Your parking reservation then needs to be confirmed by the hotel. Please note that access to the garage is only possible with cars not higher than 69 in.

We would like to inform you that maintenance work on our elevator is scheduled from August 18th to August 26th, 2025, during which time it will be out of service.

Escolhi o Hotel F6 porque, talvez, precisasse de parking já que devolveria o carro no dia seguinte. Como a locadora informou que podia usar o parking da própria locadora que ficava perto, liguei ainda da estrada perguntando se havia um local onde eu pudesse parar por uns minutos para deixar a bagagem e depois seguir para o parking da locadora. Depois de várias tentativas em inglês e francês, a pessoa que atendeu o telefone disse que sim que tinha onde parar para descarregar as bagagens. Cheguei debaixo de chuva, já por volta das 20h e não havia nenhuma vaga onde parar, coloquei o carro em frente ao portão da garagem do hotel e tornei a ligar informando que havia chegado, não tinha onde parar e se podia entrar na garagem para descarregar a bagagem. A resposta que obtive foi um não, eu teria que arranjar uma solução. Acabei deixando o carro parcialmente em cima da calçada, retirei a bagagem, desci os degraus (porque a rampa tem uma inclinação absolutamente imprópria) e ainda descobri que precisaria pegar o elevador porque a recepção é noutro andar. Quando voltei dos parking da locadora fiz questão de deixar claro que não entendia alguém deixar um cliente na chuva ao invés de permitir que usasse a garagem, no mesmo nível do elevador, portanto mais fácil. O senhor, que julguei rude e até mesmo hostil, justificou dizendo que não me entendia ao telefone. Como ?!? Se não entendeu como respondeu? Interessante, porque embora nem o francês nem o inglês sejam minha 'língua mãe' passei 26 dias na Suíça e consegui me comunicar sem problemas. Como se não bastasse isso, quando me devolveu minha bagagem, ele me devolveu também uma sacola onde estavam minhas botas. Quando já estava no quarto organizando a bagagem percebi que faltavam as botas. Cansada, estressada e aborrecida com a recepção nada calorosa, acbei deixando-as no elevador.
