Good in general
Pros:

The beds were comfortable. Close to the highway. Convenient. It's a great location if you have to go the hospital, which is right next door. LAw school across the street.

Cons:

It's on the not so great side of Albany. Have to drive through alot of sketchy areas to get there which can be intimidating once the sun goes down. We have not had the best results from Hilton hotels generally. It's annoying to have to scan your room key to take the elevator to your floor, especially if you have arms full of stuff like we do. One thing that irritated me was the parking situation. I had to go back to the front desk three times before we could even park, up three flights of stairs. To get in and out of the parking lot you have to scan your room key and we went back three times to tell them that our room key wasn't letting us out where it said EXIT. and it wasn't until the third time back up the stairs that they told us the exit gate hasn't worked for weeks and we had to go back out the same way we entered.

Good stay
Pros:

We stayed at this property two times in July. It's in a good location, convenient to downtown Albany. Check in was very easy both times and I believe we had the same room, a 1 bedroom suite. The room was very large and nicely appointed. I did note that there was no bar soap in the bathroom, which I view as a negative as I do not use the "bottles of goo" that are mounted in the shower. The front desk staff were very helpful.

There's a small fitness center and restaurant on the ground level. I appreciated that they don't charge for parking, even though the property is in the downtown area. We had Hhonors credit, which I used one time for breakfast. The buffet was very limited, close to what's provided free at Hampton Inns and similar properties. I thought the $15 price was high. We used the rest of our credits in the snack/soda shop.

We would stay at this property again if we're in Albany.

Excellent hotel.
Pros:

The room was very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would to back.

Cons:

I wish breakfast was included, but the food was very good. I booked a double queen room, but was upgraded to a king suite. Normally that would have been great, but my mother and I would have preferred 2 beds. They meant well.

Nice Hotel
Pros:

Stayed at this hotel for a sports tournament that was nearby. I found the hotel to be clean and the staff to be friendly. I found it a little odd to check in on the second floor, but otherwise an enjoyable experience. Plenty of food options within walking distance. Parking was close by and there was security on site. The room was on the small side, but clean. Bathrooms were small with an odd entrance ways. But it was workable. Overall a pleasant experience. I would stay there again.

Cons:

The breakfast buffet wasn't so great. Not only did you have to pay extra for it. I've had better breakfast buffets with a better variety at properties where breakfast was included with my stay. For $15, it was underwhelming and disappointing. The staff was wonderful though
