Kelowna is prachtig. De ontbijtruimte werd continue schoongemaakt en bijgevuld. De kamers waren groot en werden netjes gehouden. Handdoeken verwisseld indien nodig. Personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
De ruimte waar je ontbijt is niet zo groot voor de hoeveelheid mensen.
Breakfast was mediocre, would rather pay for a good breakfast.
That the front desk didn’t inform me that the room they switched me to was a pet friendly room and it smelled of wet dog. I asked to be switched back to my reservation room.
Breakfast was good and room was exceptionally quiet.
The room wasnt cleaned for a couple days out of our trip. Would have been nice to have the garbage emptied.

Beds were comfy, staff was polite, accommodating to request for early check in and adjoining rooms. We were offered a room change when our shower didn't work. Shower and I've machine was fixed the next day
We booked because of the slide for my son and there was no indication on booking that there was a height requirement. He was too short to ride so was massively disappointed. The dirt and dust from the beautification could have been mentioned during booking. Our shower didn't work and ice machine but were informed much later that there wasn't any maintenance staff on site to fix any issues.
Breakfast was excellent. The hotel is very nice and comfortable.
The pool/hot tub were PACKED with a baseball team. The room was a bit cramped.
Clean rooms with very cold aircon.

The hotel uses plastic disposable plates and cutlery for all guests at breakfast and the waste is unbelievable. Plastic cups in rooms wrapped in even more plastic. Single use cups for coffee. I’m no eco warrior but the massive quantities of single use plastic being used was really an unsettling.
Rooms felt expensive for what they were.
No availability of double plus two singles for families
Also beware there are two hotels with the exact same name and it took us a your to travel between them when we turned up at the wrong one!!
The pool.
Staff was bad. When we left they were like everything looks good. We came back ten mins later bcs we had left one of our iwatch in the room and they went like no theres nothing and room is a mess. They took pictures of room they themselves messed. Dont know to keep the iwatch or what. Be careful in this hotel
It’s cool
On arrival, the staff kept me standing for minutes telling me that they could not see my 2 day booking till i convinced them by showing them the receipt from my phone.
The washroom does not have a fan so after going to the washroom, you leave the door open instead of turning the fan to take off the odour
Was good
The location was amazing and it was clean
The pool was too small and I wish there are more options for people who avoid eggs and meat for breakfast.
The staff are very friendly and supportive

Staff were very friendly, breakfast was great! Convenient location close to family that live there.
At times it was super busy and hard to get a table for our group. Wish it had a lounge and or bistro for snacks or appys.
