Wonderful meal
Pros:

Meal was superb - I recommend the seafood risotto. Servings were large.
Yuri was an attentive waiter with good English

An excellent place to stay
Pros:

The hotel has been excellent. We have just had dinner here and it was superb, and our waiter Stephan was brilliant- attentive without being overbearing. The desk staff are also very helpful and friendly.

جيدة .. لكنها غير قابلة لتكرار ابدا .. ولا انصح بالحجز فيها لان الفندق عبارة عم ثلاث مباني منفصلة .. وممرات وابواب كثير

موقع الفندق جيد وقريب لشارع التسوق و الكافيها والمطاعم قريب منة سوبرماركت ومقاهي

بعض الغرف مخيبة للآمال حيث اعطوني غرفة اول يوم فيها شباك لتصريف الروائح ممتد على طول ارضية الغرفة كان شكلة قريب ومقزز ، وكانت تصدر منها رائحة نتنة وبعض الحشرات الصغيرة وعندما تكلمت مع الموظفة لتبديلها تكلمت معي بفضاضه واسلوب غير لبق نهائيا ويفتقر الى الادب . وقمت بكتابة شكوى رسمية على بوكينق وحصل تجاوب لكنها غير مرضي حيث اقترحو على غرفة في مبني آخر مجاور وهذا حل صعب كوني مسافرة مع اولادي ولا يمكن فصلي عنهم بهذة الطريقة .. قضيت ليلتين في الغرفة النتنه وتحمل كل المساوئ فيها بسبب هذة المشكلة الغير مقبولة ومبررة ..

For the dinnercruise I needed to pay additonal fee then was mentioned on the brochure and so without any justification. For the transport to the airport I was required to pay 42 euro. I took a Bolt for less then half of it. The offer at the breakfast looked on first sight very nice. However, and I have to admit I was only there at 10h15, the service of the people serving was horrible. Not friendly, I asked something they, or not replied, or replied negative (I asked for one little piece of cheese). My intention was not to stay there until 10h45 or 11 but just until 10u35 however they were not nice to me.
