Wonderful!
Pros:

Beautiful rooms! We dined in the restaurant, food was great and Yurii was a wonderful waiter.

המיקום היה מעולה וצוות הניקיון עשה עבודה טובה.

Cons:

ארוחת הבוקר מאכזבת, היה לי עובש על הלחם ואפילו לא התנצלו על כך.
כמו כן למי שחשוב מים חמים וזרם נורמלי אז שישקול אם לסגור שם כי מדובר בבניין ישן ולכן תשתיות מים בהתאם.

Die Lage des Hotels war optimal.
Der Bahnhof ist fußläufig erreichbar, sowie die Altstadt.

Cons:

Das Frühstück, war gut und wir sind satt geworden, aber für ein 4 Sterne Hotel könnte es etwas mehr Auswahl geben.

The housekeeping and restaurant staff were excellent—friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay.

Unfortunately, our arrival experience at reception was disappointing. After a long flight, carrying luggage and a sleeping child, I was not shown where the correct elevator to our room was located and received little assistance. When I asked for clarification, the response felt unfriendly and annoyed.

I was also surprised that the only drinking water available in the room was a small bottle costing 100 CZK, while similar bottles can be purchased nearby for around 20 CZK. Complimentary water upon arrival would have been appreciated.

Apart from these issues, the hotel was good and we enjoyed our stay.

Restaurant dinner was amazing
Pros:

At the hotel restaurant in the front lobby we received amazing service from Yurii and an absolutely fantastic meal. The restaurant was quiet and intimate and a lovely way to finish our holiday in Prague. Yurii was very professional and made helpful recommendations. Service at the bar by Pavel equally exceptional.

Τρομερή τοποθεσία, κεντρική. Πολύ άνετο δωμάτιο, αναπαυτικό κρεβάτι. Αρκετά καλό πρωινό.

Cons:

Φθαρμένες πετσέτες σχεδόν σε κάθε αλλαγή, κάπως θορυβώδης κλιματισμός. Καθόλου παροχές (έστω μπουκάλι νερό) χωρίς χρέωση, παρά μόνο με αγορά.
