Świetny hotel!
Pros:

Cały personel był bardzo miły i pomocny, pokoje były czyste i zadbane, a widoki z balkonu świetne. Naprawdę warto się tu zatrzymać podczas pobytu w okolicach Palma Nova :)

Hotel with a view
Pros:

Beautiful sea view from the balcony, lots of sunbeds and they had masses of space between them, nice modern room mostly nice staff ☺️

Cons:

Although food in general was ok , we found that it wasn’t replenished quickly enough so we would just make do with what was available rather than wait for what we really wanted,
I ended up vomiting solidly for 2 days, can’t say if it was from the food or the fumes from a faulty refrigerator in the room we were allocated when we first arrived and had to be moved from when the smell of ammonia became so bad we couldn’t breathe and our eyes were stinging, not blaming anyone for this I suppose it can happen and we were given a free pass to the spa for our inconvenience (unfortunately we don’t do spa’s )

Séjour extraordinaire dans un décor de rêve
Pros:

Établissement exceptionnel, très propre avec une superbe vue, Personnel agréable et très serviable. La chambre est spacieuse avec un balcon donnant sur la mer, la literie confortable. Rien ne manque, peignoirs, chaussons, serviettes, thé, café, bouteilles d'eau de bienvenue. Tout est parfait.

Cons:

Grosse déception au niveau restauration qui ne correspond pas au standing de l'hôtel. Petit dej convenable mais les plats (oeufs brouillés, tomates, asperges) sont froids (le matériel ne semble pas adapté pour maintenir les aliments au chaud). Le dîner n'attire pas plus, les plats en sauce sont froids, les crudités sont sans saveur (betteraves, carottes ...industriel ?). Trop de pâtisseries qui pourraient être remplacées par des yaourts fruits et salade de fruits frais. Une note positive : l'excellent jus d'orange pressée au petit dej.

Kambarys, kuriame gyvenome buvo labai blogas. Prie pat pagrindinių durų, nuolat girdėjosi triukšmas,įeinančių ir išeinančių iš viešbučio, registratūros darbas.Jokios durų izoliacijos. Automobiliai, nuolat parkavosi prie pat lango, negalėjome jo atsidaryti . WC buvo skirtas tik neįgaliems, kambaryje nebuvo veidrodžio... nėra kur pakabinti rankšluoščių ir šlapių maudymosi kostiumų.Vonioje jokios ventiliacijos, dušas plaukia...Maistas viešbutyje tikrai ne 4 žvaigždčių.Labai prastai pagaminti mėsos ir žuvies patiekalai, ribotas asortimentas. Kambariuose nebuvo vandens pasitikimui, jo nėra niekur ir viešbutyje. Jei pageidauji, gali tik nusispirkti. Net per vakarienę, už kurią nemažai susimokėjome jokių gėrimų nebuvo restorane, viską reikėjo nisipirktipapildomai. Kaina visiškai neatitinka kokybės ir pasiūlos.Švara ir personalu nesiskundžiame.

Great stay, some small stuff can be ignored. Would stay again.
Pros:

The pool and view was amazing ! The breakfast was decent.

Cons:

Paying to use the sky pool even though you are guest is underwhelming, makes everything feel … cheap and money-first, chasing cents instead of guests comfort. Rooms were quite spread out and elevators are quite slow.

Pros:

Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of choice available each morning. The hotel is situated on a hill with amazing views and is approximately a 10 minute walk down to the nearby beaches and restaurants. This wasn’t a negative for us, though it may be challenging for some less able bodied guests due to the steep pavements and inclines leading to the surrounding areas.

That said, I have to highly commend the hotel for its outstanding facilities and accessibility for people with disabilities. From the pool hoist to the open, spacious layout throughout the property, everything has been very thoughtfully designed. The bedrooms feature fully accessible ensuite bathrooms, all finished to an exceptionally high standard.

Cons:

Nothing that I can think of, it's was great!
