Nos vacances étaient formidables !
Pros:

Nous avons vraiment tout aimé. L'hôtel est situé dans une rue calme. Juste en face, il y a la boulangerie française « MY BAKERY » où ma femme et moi prenions chaque matin un café accompagné de tarte aux framboises et d'autres gourmandises, ainsi qu'un bar « ROSSINI ». Bien que nous préférions marcher, la vieille ville, la place Massena et d'autres endroits intéressants étaient à proximité. Et encore une fois, c'était un beau cadeau de la part des vendeurs qui, en me vendant leurs produits, y ajoutaient des petites leçons de français! Nos vacances étaient formidables !

Cons:

Bon, la critique doit toujours exister pour que nous puissions tous nous améliorer dans la vie. Nous avions réservé une chambre avec baignoire ; la baignoire était bien là, mais il était impossible de la remplir d'eau car le bouchon ne fonctionnait pas.

EN ATTENTE D'UN REMBOURSEMENT DE 104 EUROS
Cons:

A ce jour je n'est toujours pas été remboursé des petits déjeuners non fournis (soit 104 €) pour cause d'arrêt de travail du personnel. De plus nous étions 4 avec 2 couchages différents mais qu'un seul ventilateur et la climatisation était en panne.

Not Recommended.
Pros:

Windows in the room and bathroom.

Cons:

No AC, no friendly staff, noisy room, no room service. As of today, 16 days after leaving, we are still awaiting the refund for the breakfasts that were not served. Not going back.

Bon séjour ds la ville de Nice mais gâché par cette chambre!
Pros:

Les points positifs sont La proximité de la plage et du centre ville et la propreté .

Cons:

Ils attribuent une chambre sous les toits par temps de canicule sans la Clim , cette chambre n’est pas montrée en photo quand on réserve c’est une tromperie et une baignoire non conforme pour les personnes âgées c’est horrible personne ne sans soucie en plus . Pas possible de descendre le matelas la pièce en bas est trop petite . Changer de chambre ou un geste commercial aurait était normal vue la situation du temps climatique .

Pros:

The location was very good.

Cons:

The building / the reception is closed between 12 and 3 p.m. If you arrive earlier that 3 p.m. you have to wait outside the building in the street. You can't enter the building.

Uniquement l’emplacement ! Pour le reste tout est à revoir

Очень удобное расположение,недалеко от вокзала . Пешком можно было добраться до набережной.Рядом много кафешек и ресторан .

Pros:

Die Lage ist top! Rundum gute Restaurants und Cafes, ausserdem ist man schnell am Strand.
Das Bett war sehr bequem.

Cons:

Wifi und Klima haben nicht funktioniert. Als Entschädigung für die Klima mussten wir jedoch keine Parkgebühren zahlen.
Das Badezimmer (Dusche) ist sehr klein und hat etwas unangenehm gerochen.
