Property is amazing, beautiful views of the sea and harbour all around.
Rooms are spacious, magnificent views all around.
Breakfast buffet is delicious. Facilities are fantastic, out door pool, spa, exterior decor.
And big thank you to all the house keepers, who are amazing staff, they are so welcoming, always there to help if your needing and greets you with a smile.
Thank you Copthorne Hotel staff for having us as guests and will definitely be returning soon.

The fact I had to go home
The breakfast buffet every morning was great. Glad there was a guest laundry. Checked out the Waitangi grounds, visited Kerikeri and spent a day in Russell.
Wish there had been a gym.

How little the rooms are
We like their restaurant food and service.
The little warm water pool
The lady at the reception when we check out try to overcharge us. When we asked multiple times also she said yes you to pay this amount. When i ask for breakdown of qustiin it was double charged us 2x$50 instead of 1 . No proper apology or anything received even though the mistake from them. Rooms where very small and can hear people walking outside because of flooring ? We can hear shoe steps sound all night.

There was a whole biscuit on the floor 🤣 bit worrying for cleanliness 😆 and wish their was a microwave
