The noisey people next door to our room
The view is amazing and facilities are good, nice pool and tennis courts.
Room itself is too dirty, carpet, curtains even the duvet covers has lots stains on it and bathroom has lots of insect

Room needed upgrading - carpet and bathroom.
The view from the room was exceptional, such a lovely outlook to wake up to.
The bathroom was a bit tired with a low shower head and grubby tile grout.

Being upgraded to a sea view room. The room was beautiful, and the view was amazing. Buffet breakfast was great.
From the staff at recption, to the restraunt front staff and the cleaners, so very friendly and professional ☺️ they attend to you right away no waiting around and greet you warmly..the room we had was very clean we got a complimentary room upgrade the view was Beautiful! and the entire Hotel everything was great! Very family friendly, the breakfast buffet was Yummy GREAT selection! Hot food and cold breakfasts juices😍 A handy guest laundry hehe! Was a Plus plus ✌️ the out door area nice place to chill, Lovely heated Pool great to finish off the day closes at 10pm 😍 very clean and tidy Hotel, and Calm place the vibe is peaceful, Cant wait to bring the rest of my family here 🤭

Location, views, plenty of pool options, buffet breakfast.
Room could have been cleaner, sticky residue on benches, looked like room wasn't vacuumed from stay prior.

Overall, we had an okay stay. The place was comfortable, although it did feel a little dated and could benefit from some updating.
One small issue we experienced was with the TV. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to connect our mobile phone to it. Perhaps upgrading to a newer smart TV with built-in access to popular streaming apps would make things easier and more convenient for guests, rather than requiring them

How small the spa was. Pools weren't warm temp. But in saying that, they were crisp nice. But pretty dirty.
