Casa San Blas Cusco Boutique Hotel

The location is perfect, in the San Blas neighborhood, but only a few blocks from the playa mayor del Cusco. Also near the 12 angle stone. The hotel is small, the receptionist was very friendly and professional (Eileen?). Each room is decorated according to different aspects of weaving and elements in the culture. Our room was “Cocha” meaning water in quechua. Breakfast was included. The breakfast room was small yet it was the best breakfast we had in our days in the different places in Cusco. Buffet style with eggs made to order. Also the evening receptionist was very king and knowledgeable (Juan Diego).

The location was excellent in the centre of the San Blas district and very close to the Plaza de Armas; the breakfast was excellent, as were our rooms, but I think what made it excellent for us was the incredible hospitality. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and they made us feel very much at home. Juan Diego and Miguel stand out as excellent members of staff but in reality it is not easy to pick out stand-out members, as it was the whole set up and atmosphere. The hotel was beautifully designed with little touches that made it extraordinarily interesting as well as homely.

This hotel was wonderful! The whole facility was such a nice place to be. We very much enjoyed sitting on the patio outside our room. The hotel is in a great location, and staff are very helpful. We enjoyed the eggs and coffee for breakfast. The shower was hot, and beds were comfortable.

Ein echtes Wohlfühlhotel mitten in Cusco! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Casa San Blas rundum genossen. Das Zimmer war großzügig, sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das moderne Bad mit zuverlässig heißem Wasser war nach den kühlen Tagen in den Anden einfach perfekt.

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das herzliche und aufmerksame Personal – man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Die Bar ist hervorragend ausgestattet und lädt dazu ein, den Tag bei einem guten Drink entspannt ausklingen zu lassen. Das Frühstück war jeden Morgen frisch, abwechslungsreich und ausgesprochen lecker.

Ein Hotel mit viel Charme, toller Atmosphäre und einem Service, der keine Wünsche offenlässt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten und können die Casa San Blas uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

The staff were amazing and attentive. The hotel is beautiful and close to the plaza. Breakfast was incredible and there was a of variety of fresh items with made to order eggs. Delicious coffee. Relaxing and affordable massage on site. Filtered water always available for free in the lobby. I also saw oxygen tanks if someone was in need.

La ubicación era perfecta. No se podía superar. El personal era súper agradable y con ganas de ayudarte. Quizás como alguno nota no tan positiva, creo que el desayuno podría mejorarse algo.

This is a beautiful boutique hotel. Location is great. It’s located in a quiet little square in San Blas. The staff is very accommodating, the breakfast was delicious with made to order eggs, and every night staff brought a hot bottle for bedtime. We were even able to borrow hiking poles for Inca trail. I loved my massage as well.

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa San Blas. The location is wonderful, our room was extremely spacious, charming, well appointed and comfortable. What really made the hotel stand out for us was the service of the staff. I had unfortunately lost my passport on the flight into Cusco, and the receptionist (unfortunately I have not caught his name - but if management sees this please enquire with staff and let them identify themselves!) was so incredibly helpful. He assisted me to contact Latam lost baggage services, schedule an appointment with the Australian consulate, and assisted me to understand the process including making a police report. He managed this on top of what appeared to be a very busy workload on the front desk. I truly cannot explain how much his kindness and assistance helped reduce the stress of the situation. I am so grateful.
