Very friendly staff and introduction to the hotel. We stayed twice. The first visit we had a lovely top floor room which was very sunny and spacious with little kitchenette and balcony access outside.
Breakfast offered a nice little buffet and eggs prepared as you like.
The location is convenient and slightly off the main streets, the hotel is nicely done.
On our second stay we were on the 2nd floor with a small room backing onto a light well. There appears to be a music school next door and we heard very loud and repetitive noise starting at 6:45 in the morning, so less than ideal if you want a quieter room!

L’emplacement est vraiment top et le personnel donne un service irréprochable ! Ils nous on bien aidé avec notre trek un matin très tôt et donnent de bons conseils ! Le déjeuner est très bon aussi et les dames du déjeuner très gentilles. La chambre a tout ce qu’il faut pour passer une bonne nuit. Nous avons également profité d’un massage thérapeutique et c’était excellent !
Malheureusement, nous avions une chambre au rez de chaussée proche de la réception et le matin c’est assez bruyant. Donc si vous restez plus de 2 jours, je vous conseille de prendre les chambres à l’étage ! Niveau eau chaude c’était variable. Il fallait pouvoir jouer avec la chaleur car parfois ça devenait froid donc moins confo.

Great location and friendly staff
This hotel is the perfect location and actually quiet!!! The service was incredible, even hot water bottles on a cold night. The rooms are lovely, great breakfast. I will definitely stay here again!

The property is in a great location in the San Blas area and very clean. Our room had a wonderful view from the bedroom of the city and we loved the outdoor seating outside our door.We had drinking water replaced daily. The breakfast was great. One of the best things is the staff. They are all so responsive, kind and helpful. We would definitely stay again!!!
The only reason I gave this a 9 and not a 10 is we struggled with having warm water in the shower. This may just have been a temporary issue. Also the wifi was spotty in our room in the upper loft. It should be noted that it is next to a music school so we often heard music practice during the day.
