Wonderful stay, lovely room, service that went above and beyond

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa San Blas. The location is wonderful, our room was extremely spacious, charming, well appointed and comfortable. What really made the hotel stand out for us was the service of the staff. I had unfortunately lost my passport on the flight into Cusco, and the receptionist (unfortunately I have not caught his name - but if management sees this please enquire with staff and let them identify themselves!) was so incredibly helpful. He assisted me to contact Latam lost baggage services, schedule an appointment with the Australian consulate, and assisted me to understand the process including making a police report. He managed this on top of what appeared to be a very busy workload on the front desk. I truly cannot explain how much his kindness and assistance helped reduce the stress of the situation. I am so grateful.

El mejor hotel boutique de Cusco.
Pros:

El alojamiento es más de lo esperado. Queda en el mejor barrio para hospedarse en Cusco. Tiene un desayuno completo, si bien comienza a las 6:30am más tarde que otros hoteles de la ciudad, Juan Diego hizo lo posible para que nos lo dieran antes y no perderlo. La amabilidad del personal es espectacular. Es un lugar acogedor y cálido. La cama y las almohadas son espectaculares.

Cons:

En la suite del lado izquierdo no llega tan bien el wifi y el desayuno podría comenzar más temprano.

A perfect blend of comfort, great hospitality, and an unbeatable location ⭐️
Pros:

Fantastic stay in the heart of San Blas! The location is perfect for exploring Cusco on foot, the rooms are comfortable and quiet, and the breakfast was a great way to start each day. What really made the difference was the staff: friendly, attentive, and always happy to help. Highly recommended, and I’d definitely stay here again!

Outstanding hotel in the heart of San Blas
Pros:

It was by far the best stay during our 5 weeks in Peru. The staff is the kindest and most helpful and really everything was spot on, they will make sure that you have the best time in Cuzco. Breakfast was very good. Make sure to book the maisonette appartement upstairs, the view from the bed over the city is outstanding!

Cons:

We initially only stayed 2 nights and couldn't stay longer because they were fully booked.

Comfortable but noisy
Pros:

Breakfast: Awesome. Eggs made to go with other fruit and bread was fantastic.

Room: The beds were comfortable.

Location: 5 minute walk from the main square and close to many great restaurants.

Cons:

The room was very noisy. I was on first floor by the lobby and it was super loud. Also, there was some sort of construction going on until 6pm and it was super loud.

Maybe they should consider putting a glass door between the lobby and the rooms.
