Justo esa noche me enfermé luego de comer en el restaurant de enfrente del hotel y me quedé todo el día en el. No hablan español pero tampoco hacen esfuerzos por entenderte.
Me quedé una noche extra por motivos de salud, no me gustó mucho, debí buscar otra opción por un precio similar
No me agrada que el personal sea poco amable, que no tenga buena disposición.
Además, las damas no son muy cómodas.
Friendly staff in reception, main restaurant and breakfast restaurant. A pleasant and clean room, restaurant food excellent, good breakfast. 2 things we asked be looked at in the room. They were resolved immediately.
No top floor terrace. It was in process of being built. Information said it was around 10 mins walk to Medina/Square. It was a 10 mins taxi ride.
Location is within walking distance of the medina, about 20 mins . BIM supermarket around the corner furbsupplies and Carre Eden shopping centre within 10 mins walk.
The hotel is excellent with clean rooms, nicely decorated. Staff are friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was excellent and varied each day.
Relaxed atmosphere, I would highly recommend this hotel and is my first choice for Marrakech.

J'avais demandé une chambre avec 2 lits et une douche ...ma demande a été accepté à la réservation sur booking...sur place , il n'avait que des baignoires...pour une handicapée des 2 jambes pas drôle du tout...
Le personnel de l'accueil n'a pu rien faire..décevant vraiment.
Estuvimos una noche y fue muy cómodo. Restaurante muy agradable, habitación cómoda, espaciosa y limpia. Servicio de Transfer al aeropuerto de 13€ durante el día.
