Great breakfast!
We had an issue with our bath towels - the trim service took it and didn't leave a fresh one and no one at the hotel, including the front desk and managers, had the necessary key to access the storage with clean towels

El hotel es muy bonito, tiene esencia de Riad, decorado con muy buen gusto y habitaciones muy bien ambientadas. El desayuno no es amplio, es amplísimo, ningún día nos lo terminamos, pero estaba delicioso.
La atención, especialmente del servicio de restaurante, espectacular. Hubo un camarero y una camarera que fueron muy atentos con nosotros y nuestra hija, nos llevamos un bonito recuerdo de ellos asi como del hotel.
Nada no nos gustó. La ubicación está a escasos metros de Av. Mohamed V, zona llena de tiendas y restaurantes, y a 10 min. de la Medina en taxi (si eres buen negociante por 50 dirham te llevan). Asi que la ubicación no fue un impedimento.

Et le personnel reste totalement indifférent face à ce problème.

La connexion wifi dans les chambres, j’etais au 3 eme etage, la connexion n’etait pas bonne specialement le soir
