Pros:

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals.
Der schnelle Check-In.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind sehr klein und eng.
Die Duschtür war defekt. Sie war nicht schließbar. Das Sofapolster war voller Haare.

Het was te doen, maar niet voor herhaling.
Pros:

Servicegerichtheid. Omzetten kamer geen probleem.

Cons:

Eerste kamer beschikte over zeer slechte bedden. Foto’s op de site waren veel rooskleuriger. Tweede kamer stuk beter. Maar erg warm en vrij veel geluid van de straat.

Ansonsten wie immer sauber komfortabel.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist mit 17€ teuer und für knapp 90€ die Nacht hätte es gern inkludiert sein können

Family roadtrip with a short stop in Berlin
Pros:

Decently priced accommodation in Berlin. Pankow seemed to be quite a peaceful neighborhood, nothing much going on there. As a bonus, there was a tram stop just next to the hotel, so you could get with the tram and U2 to Alexanderplatz in 20-30 minutes.

Cons:

It was not very easily accessible with the car, the navigator tried to instruct us to the wrong side of the road, and you can't cross the tram line with the car. The overall feeling of the hotel was that it was a bit outdated, however quite clean.

Что понравилось? Абсолютно всё!
Начиная с персонала, который является настоящей визитной карточкой отеля и создаёт первое впечатление о нём, и заканчивая уютным, чистым и комфортным номером, где было приятно отдыхать всей семьёй.
Особенно хочется отметить высокий уровень клиентоориентированности. Сотрудники всегда были доброжелательны, отзывчивы и готовы помочь в любой ситуации. Чувствуется, что здесь действительно заботятся о своих гостях.
Спасибо всей команде за прекрасный отдых! С удовольствием остановимся у вас снова и обязательно будем рекомендовать этот отель друзьям и знакомым.

Cons:

Если уж совсем придираться и искать, к чему можно было бы отнести небольшой минус, то, пожалуй, это размер столика в номере. Для семьи, которая захочет поужинать прямо в номере, его может оказаться немного маловато.

Также было бы приятно увидеть в номере небольшой холодильник. Хотя, учитывая, что это трёхзвёздочный отель, понимаю, что подобное оснащение встречается далеко не всегда.

Но это, скорее, небольшие пожелания, чем недостатки. В остальном всё было на высшем уровне, и наше пребывание оставило исключительно положительные впечатления.

Pros:

Frühstück ok, Tram vor dem Haus

Cons:

Alle Stühle auf der Terrasse waren angebunden, um mit ein paar Leuten zusammen zu sitzen wollten wir einen Stuhl von Innen aif die Zerrasse nehmen. Dies hat man uns ausdrücklich verboten!! Schade
