Soggiorno consigliato
Pros:

L'hotel è vicino alla fermata della metro e in pochi minuti permette di raggiungere il centro città.
Ottima la cura degli spazi, abbiamo apprezzato la sauna, la palestra e la zona relax che ubicate al settimo piano offrono anche uno splendido panorama.
Personale cordiale, colazione variegata, di qualità e abbondante.
Positivo anche il parcheggio sotterraneo collegato all'hotel con un ascensore.

Okay, aber nicht herausragend
Pros:

Die Betten waren gut, es gab ein zweites Kissen im Schrank. Bushaltestelle vor der Tür. Das Hotel liegt in Laufnähe vom Bahnhof (wobei die Gegend nicht sooo toll ist). Freundliche Mitarbeiter.

Cons:

Wenn man rotes Leder mag, fühlt man sich im Hotel sicher wohl. Ich persönlich habe mich in diesem Ambiente nicht so wohlgefühlt. Die Zimmer waren okay, aber schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen.
Dss Frühstück fand ich für ein Vier-Sterne-Haus nicht herausragend, Systemgastronomie mit billigen Aufbackbrötchen, Rühreier aus einer Fertigmischung, dünner Kaffee aus der Maschine.
Eine Lampe im Zimmer ließ sich nicht ausschalten, so dass wir die Karte ziehen mussten, was dazu führte, dass unser Zimmer als leer angezeigt wurde und der Zimmerservice um 8.00 Uhr bei uns drinstand.

Un excellent séjour à Hambourg dans un hôtel confortable et très bien situé
Pros:

Chambre spacieuse et calme au 7ᵉ étage, avec une agréable salle de bain équipée d’une baignoire. Très bon emplacement, à proximité de la gare. Le quartier est très animé le soir, mais l’hôtel se trouve juste en face d’un commissariat de police et je n’ai rencontré aucun souci. Petit-déjeuner sous forme de buffet très copieux et varié.

Rien de particulier à signaler.

Personalet talte dårligt engelsk/tysk og guidede os forkert så vi måtte gå rigtigt langt, for at komme på havnerundfart.

Très bon rapport qualité prix
Pros:

Personnel très très gentil et serviable
Super petit déjeuner
Gardiennage des bagages et lobby agréable pour patienter si besoin

Cons:

L’accès à pied depuis la gare sud n’est pas super ( beaucoup de drogues à proximité de la gare) mieux vaut prendre le métro qui arrive juste à côté de l’hôpital même si c’est une station
Sinon l’environnement de l’hôtel est ok et secure, aucun problème

Schönes Hotel in unschöner Lage
Pros:

Großes und sauberes Zimmer

Cons:

Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht richtig,
Parkhaus ist sehr eng (selbst mit einem Kleinwagen),
Hohe Parkgebühr (von 17 - 8 Uhr mussten wir den Tagessatz von 24€ zahlen),
Fenster lassen viel Straßenlärm durch,
Die Lage hatte ich bei Buchung nicht bedacht, vorallem Abends/Nachts ist der Weg vom Hauptbahnhof zum Hotel gruselig (Gegend mit hoher Kriminalität/Drogenhandel).
