Convenient really good location

Cons:

Was hard to obtain car parking even though phoned numerous times they “hold” £49.90 which is confirmed would be returned but they took £24 for parking and took rest for a breakfast that I paid £35.90 separately pretty poor service from a Doubletree.

Cons:

elevator restriction, have to use a pass so had to go all the way down to meet a friend. You are not improving any security as all rooms are locked. You are creating incovienance. Aircon has all the buttons but they don't actually work as labelled. Fan speed is only works or it doesn't, temperature didn't change how it feels.
