I went there to celebrate my birthday but was not pleased

Cons:

Cleanliness in the lounge, car park difficult to navigate through from the entrance as our car got scratched. The scrambled eggs was not well cooked considering we Africans that liked well cooked eggs. Juice wasn't fresh, this was one of the reasons I go to hilton. The a/c wasn't good

I will always stay here when in Manchester
Pros:

Great location, wonderful staff, upgraded me to a fantastic high-floor corner room with incredible views. Great breakfast. Everything was super clean and very quiet.

The room was nice but very overpriced . For nearly £700 you would expect breakfast included to say the least. Staff on reception were really helpful.. location was really good.

Cons:

The fact on our second day the room didn’t get cleaned till gone 4pm which was very disappointing considering I have spent all this money on the stay. I had to tell reception on the way out that night. When I returned at 11 pm we had fresh everything little too late!!! One young lady serving behind the bar was a little rude, didn’t catch her name.
