Wonderful staycation 😍
Pros:

Had a wonderful staycation at Swissôtel Tallinn! The rooftop bar offers stunning views, the breakfast was excellent with a great egg station, and the restaurant and room service foods were consistently delicious. The spa sauna and swimming pool were highlights, with beautiful views that made the experience even more relaxing. The only suggestion would be to keep maintaining these high standards. Overall, an exceptional stayI would happily return and highly recommend 😍

Pleasant and classy hotel
Pros:

Great breakfast - friendly staff - great choices

Cons:

1- night reception on the day of arrival was incompetent although i send the property message that i will arrive late but put me as no show. 2- breakfast hall was crowded
3- house keeping in the last day didn’t put water in the room although i left a big note on the TV to do so

Pros:

Большая удобная мягкая кровать с которой открывается прекрасный вид на гавань

Cons:

Долгое ожидание .
Когда выезжали , пришлось очень долго ждать чтобы вернуть карточки от номера , потому что работало только два человека которые занимались и заселением и выселением.

Pros:

Отличный персонал. Просторная душевая и комната. Можно на ночь выключать кондиционер, регулировать самостоятельно.

Cons:

Кровать, не чувствовала комфорта..Одеяла и подушки. Считаю , что в 5 ⭐️ отеле недопустимо использовать такие одеяла. Конечно, может это нам не повезло, но осадочек остался.

Okayish experience!
Pros:

We’ve stayed at Swissôtel Tallinn several times before, so we were excited to have the opportunity to return to Tallinn and stay at this property again this summer.

Pros:

Our arrival experience was smooth, and the man who checked us in was welcoming and professional. The room had beautiful views of Tallinn, was spacious, and was very comfortable. The air conditioning worked well, which we especially appreciated during a hot summer week. The bathroom and cosmetics were of high quality, and the bed was comfortable, allowing us to get a solid night’s sleep every night.

Breakfast was great and provided a good start to each day. We also enjoyed dining at the bar on the top floor. The restaurant staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the spa experience did not meet our expectations. The spa and pool area were quite crowded with families and young children, and the noise level made it difficult to relax. At many five-star hotels, spa or pool facilities are either adults-only or have designated adult-only hours, so we were surprised that this was not the case here.

Our departure experience was also disappointing. The woman who checked us out was rather impersonal and did not greet us, say goodbye, or ask how our stay had been. The only question she asked was whether we had used anything from the minibar. When I replied that we had not, she simply said, “Then everything is fine.”
