Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt in einem außergewöhnlichen Zimmer mit traumhafter Aussicht und hervorragendem Frühstück – l
Pros:

Das Hotel war großartig und unser Zimmer 2010 wirklich außergewöhnlich schön. Das Bad war sehr geräumig, das Bett äußerst bequem und alles war sehr sauber. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die traumhafte Aussicht. Auch das Essen war sehr gut. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und qualitativ hervorragend.

Cons:

Bei dem sehr hohen Zimmerpreis fand ich es enttäuschend, dass weder der Wellnessbereich noch das Frühstück inklusive waren. Gerade beim Wellnessbereich hatte ich erwartet, dass dieser bei einem Zimmer in dieser Preiskategorie enthalten ist. Stattdessen kamen zusätzlich 15 € pro Person und Tag für den Wellnessbereich sowie 22 € für das Frühstück hinzu. Das empfand ich im Verhältnis zum bereits hohen Grundpreis als nicht angemessen.

Huonekoko ok.
Aamiainen hyvä.

Cons:

Aamiaisella kauhea kaaos.
Kaikki pöydät likaisena ja niitä siivottiin sitä mukaa kun ihmiset tulivat syömään.
Odotus 5-tähden hotellille oli enemmän.

Pros:

Świetny widok, fajny bar z widokiem na górze, ładny widok z sauny, czysto, przyjemnie.

Cons:

Pracowniczka hotelu dolewała do pojemników z sokami napoje z chamskich kartonów na głównej sali (mało profesjonalne, abstrahując od ich jakości), dosyć słabe śniadania.

Pros:

Huoneet ovat isoja ja viihtyisiä. Ylhäältä on komea näkymä Tallinnan alueelle. Aamupala on monipuolinen ja sopii moneen makuun.

SPA sopii aikuisille ja tarjoaa mahdollisuuden saunoa ja uida.

Aamiainen oli todella hyvä, sijainti myös rauhallinen, mutta kuitenkin lähellä vanhaa kaupunkia. Sänky oli mukava ja huone tilava.

Cons:

Henkilökunta oli mukavaa, mutta heillä oli koko ajan kiireen tuntua. Kokemus ei tuntunut viiden tähden palvelulta.

Suurepärase asukoha ning vaadetega hotell.
Pros:

Tänan upgrade eest, tuba oli hubane kuid üsna kulunud välimusega. Hotelli personali professionaalsus ning abivalmidus on kõrgel tasemel.

Cons:

Tuba oli kulunud välimusega. Eelkõige hakkas tugevalt silma mööbli nurkadel olevad suure täkked ning. Midagi mida ei osanud oodata sellise hinnaklassiga hotellis.

Spa osa oli väga piiratud võimalustega, ka see oli ootamatu.

Cons:

Aulan wc on lukittu? Ja jotta sinne pääsee niin pitää sada koodi tai jonkun pitää avata se. Piti huhuilla respahenkilökuntaa joka ei juuri sillä sekunnilla ollut tiskin takana.
Aula on tosi tylsä nykyään. Jotain lämpöä ja viihtyisyyttä kaipaa ja pöytiintarjoilu olisi aika kiva kun asiakkaita todella vähän.
