Comfortable and relaxed stay
Pros:

La amabilidad de los chicos en recepción, el servicio de shuttle al aeropuerto, el desayuno completo y muy rico.

Cons:

Las almohadas son demasiado suaves o ya muy usadas. Al poner 4 almohadas, sugiero que tengan 2 más firmes.
En el desayuno, el café debe mejorar.

A great place to stay if you have a long wait before your flight in Malpensa
Pros:

Comfortable and clean room; Free shuttle service to the airport; Extremely kind staff; delicious restaurant and breakfast; also the lobby and the common areas of the hotel are really cozy, if you need to spend many hours waiting for a flight, you've better wait there instead of the airport.

Cons:

The restaurant closes at 10:30pm, if you arrive with the last shuttle you lose dinner for a few minutes (the restaurant should close at 11pm).

Das Frühstück war für italienische Verhältnisse sehr umfangreich. Shuttle und ein sauberes Zimmer werden mich beim nächsten MailandAufenthalt wieder zu diesem Hotel führen

Il receptionist maleducato, svogliato che sicuramente voleva essere da tutt’altra parte e te lo dimostrava chiaramente. Ho chiesto di ripetere una cosa perché non sentivo per il rumore attorno e ha letteralmente urlato come fossi sorda. Non saluta né all’arrivo ne alla partenza. Veramente un disagio.

Airport hotel
Pros:

It was a nice hotel, the staff was helpful and took care of all or needs including booking an early morning car for our travel back to the airport at 4am. The restaurant bar was very nice, comfortable seating and the same menu as the restaurant. The pizza was good!

Cons:

The rooms are showing some wear, scuffs and paint coming off the furniture from regular wear and tear. It's not easy to walk to a restaurant from this location, but the restaurant on site is good, however, as in most of Italy it doesn't open until 7pm.

Just the basics, with outdated facilities and no personal service - more hostel than hotel.

We liked that we had a bed and a place to eat and shower.

Cons:

We didn’t like the hostel-like atmosphere or the lack of personal service. The hotel facilities and the room were outdated. In short, it didn’t feel like a hotel.
