Man darf auch mal einen Fehler bei der Buchung machen
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage und bietet kostenlosen Parkservice. Die Zimmer sind Zweckmäßig eingerichtet, die zwei kleinen Flaschen Wasser im Kühlschrank waren im Zimmerpreis eingeschlossen. Das Frühstücksangebot war reichhaltig. Das Personal war grundsätzlich höflich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Für ein vier Sterne Hotel fehlt es ein wenig. Ich hatte das Zimmer 118, welches eine Toilette die als Behindertengerecht eingerichtet wurde. Die Nutzung für mich war mehr als Gewöhnungsbedürftig da zu hoch. Allerdings war die Einrichtung mehr als in die Jahre gekommen, was an der optischen Sauberkeit zu erkennen war. Irgendwann ist leider so. Das Zimmer hatte eine Verbindungstür zum Zimmer nebenan, welche Nachts vehement versucht wurde zu öffnen. Durch diese Tür waren alle Geräusche aus dem Nebenzimmer, Bett oder Stühle verschoben, deutlich stöhnend zu hören.
Wie oben ausgeführt war das Frühstücksangebot reichhaltig, aber durch den Gruppenbustourismus, der auch noch Gruppenweise in den Speisesaal gelassen wurde und sich in der großen Gruppe lauthals unterhielt, war das Personal mit dem Nachreichen von zum Beispiel Wurstwaren und Butter zeitweise überfordert. Sie mussten ja zwischendurch noch die Gruppen betreuen. Am ersten Tag hatte ich nur noch Reste gesehen als ich später gegangen bin. Ein ruhiges Frühstücken war so nicht möglich. Am zweiten Tag wollte ich ruhig im Restaurant essen, aber weit gefehlt, die Gruppen versammelten sich vor dem für sie bestimmten verschlossenen Speisesaal, welcher direkt vor dem Restaurant liegt und diskutierten lautstark durcheinander. Da bin ich bei vergleichbaren anderen 4 Sterne Hotel, auch im südlichen Bereich, anderes gewöhnt.
Bedingt durch das renovierungsbedürftige Bad und die Ausrichtung des Hotels, würde ich zwei Sterne vergeben, auch wenn im Bad ein Föhn neben der Toilette montiert ist, sicher nicht zum Haare trocknen, weil der Spiegel gegenüber über der Wachtafel montiert ist.

Bom para uma noite perto do aeroporto
Pros:

Escolhemos este hotel para uma última noite antes de retornar por Malpensa no dia seguinte. O shuttle do aeroporto foi extremamente pontual e preciso conforme instruções e de forma geral a equipe foi bastante gentil.

Cons:

O café da manhã deixa a desejar para um hotel 4 estrelas. A máquina de waffle não estava funcionando, uma opção de bolo apenas e abaixo do padrão para um hotel na Itália.

Das Essen war super und das Personal sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Leider sind es oft die Kleinigkeiten. In der Wand schief eingebaute Armaturen, irgendwie reparierte Badutensilien (überstehende Spaxschraube im Toilettenhalter, statt einer Metallschraube, um den Rollenhalter zu sichern)
Ebenso lieblos überstrichene Wände wodurch es fleckig wirkt.

The only thing I like about the property was that there was two bedrooms in one room.

Cons:

The room was extremely dusty. sheets were dirty … there was a huge yellow stain on one of the beds.. TV did not work at first but we asked someone for help.. towel smelled used as if someone just used it .

Pros:

I had a great stay overall. The room was super clean and breakfast was tasty and had plenty of options. It's a great option if you want to be close to the airport. There was an incident with my ID, which was solved very efficiently by the staff. The hotel manager went out of his way to help me out and ensure I'm well taken care of. I highly recommend.

Nice hotel stay near Malpensa Airport
Pros:

Everything was well, comfortable and clean. Easy check in. The restaurant near the lobby was delicious! One of the best hotel cuisines I’ve ever had.

Cons:

The shower drain seemed clogged as water kept accumulating in the shower. That’s the only issue we had.
