Pros:

L emplacement face à une très jolie plage, la gentillesse du personnel du bar, de la salle du petit déjeuner et de certaines personnes à l'accueil.

Cons:

On vous propose à l arrivée, des consommations gratuites si vous sautez un jour de ménage dans votre chambre utilisant le prétexte de l écologie et de l environnement. Une bouteille d eau offerte à l arrivée, remplacée dès qu elle est vide. Vu que l on n a pas adhéré à leur combine !!! = pas d eau, pas de gel douche, pas de petite savonnette durant la semaine, on a du acheter du gel douche et du savon dans la supérette à côté car rien n a été remplacé une fois terminé. Par contre on ne sait pas si ce comportement vient du service de propreté ou de la politique de l hôtel mais ça nous a beaucoup déçu. Le jus de fruit au petit déjeuner est détestable. Je me permets ces critiques car on a quand même débourser 1500 € pour la semaine avec petit déjeuner.

Piękna lokalizacja blisko plaży nad urokliwą zatoczką , blisko do sklepów oraz knajpek i do autobusów , które jeżdżą do Palmy , polecam bardzo !

Cons:

Frühstück nicht zufriedenstellend. Keine gute Qualität und nicht frisch. Die Putzfrau die ins Zimmer kam tunkte vor mir den wischmob in die Toilette und wisch damit den Boden. Das gleiche Hotel würde ich nicht nochmal bevorzugen

Bra läge, nära buss in till Palma. Strandnära. Bra poolområde med skön musik. Frukost med vad som kan önskas. Tillräckligt gym.

Cons:

Sjukt dålig AC, fick erbjudande och lånade fläkt i receptionen för att få cirkulation. Viss personal i receptionen dålig på engelska, va stressad. Slitna rum och överlag. Lyhört. Och märkligt med öppen toalett och dusch rakt ut i hall/rum. Spruckna plastmöbler på balkongen.

Petit déjeuner au top, impossible de critiquer, mise à part les jus de fruits pas très naturels. Chambre confortable mais beaucoup de petites choses à revoir, abattant de toilette qui ne tient pas la verticale, fermeture de la fenêtre qui .... ne ferme pas, n'importe quelle personne qui accède à la terrasse peut entrer, mettre la clim à 8 pour avoir à peu près 20, des petits détails .....

Cons:

Aucuns renseignements à l'accueil sur ce qu'il y a à faire durant 4 jours, aucun plan, aucun dépliant, et personne qui ne parle, un tant soit peu, le Français, dommage.

Pros:

La Cala Mayor es una de las mas bellas, el hotel tiene bajada a la playa directamente, pileta con hermosa vista y algunas de las habitaciones también. Su personal muy amable y servicial.

Cons:

Tienen poco lugar para parking, y a las habitaciones le faltan algunos detalles que lo harían una experiencia 10. De igual manera, lo volvería a elegir.

Lovely Mid-price Hotel

We loved the position of the hotel, overlooking the beach. Shops and restaurants just around the corner. Beds comfortable and buffet breakfast was varied and plentiful

Cons:

We went in June so it wasn't over warm. However the air conditioning was working a maximum and was just okay but I think I would struggle if it was hotter outside. The temperature of the water in the shower was a bit unreliable, steady then it'd go very hot, then very cold, before evening out again and the riser rail was loose. The shower tray was a bit slippery without anywhere to grab hold of to steady you.
