Lovely hotel with great views.
Pros:

Easy access to beach and local shops. Hotel was clean and had a lovely pool. The complimentary shower room on the day we left was great.

Chefen på receptionen hjälpte inte alls mig att stanna några timmar extra mot betalning efter ordinary utchekning vid 12:00 tiden fast hon hade sagt att att det går bra att det fanns tre olika betalning och när jag frågade mitt på vår vistelse hon sa fredag ska hon meddela mig och på fredag sa hon att det inte fanns ledigt rum hade hon sagt tidigare skulle jag fixa ett rumm pp ett annan hotel men det gjorde hon inte och sista dag var som en jobbig och varmt och tuff dag

This hotel has incredible potential, but it is clearly in need of renovation.
Pros:

The hotel does have some strong points. Its location is excellent — 5/5. The views from the rooms are beautiful, the breakfasts and dinners are delicious, and the atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing.
I would also like to mention Svetlana at the reception. She was always polite, friendly, and genuinely willing to help us with any questions. Unfortunately, she was not on duty when our money disappeared. If all reception staff were as professional as she is, we would have had no complaints.
Another highlight was the evening entertainment. All of the guest musicians and the flamenco dancers were fantastic and created a wonderful atmosphere.

Cons:

Unfortunately, everything else left us very disappointed.

The worst thing that happened was that cash disappeared from our room immediately after it had been cleaned. I carefully explained everything using a translator and even translated my message into Spanish so the receptionist could understand me. Instead of trying to help, she immediately insisted that this was impossible, told us we should have used the safe, and showed no interest in investigating what had happened.

This also made me wonder whether the reception staff speak English at all. Not every guest speaks Spanish, yet no real effort was made to communicate with us.

Our disappointment actually started at check-in. We received a very cold welcome and almost no information about the hotel. We had to ask ourselves about breakfast and dinner times. Reception staff should explain the hotel’s services and facilities to new guests.

If your policy is that valuables must be kept in the safe, then be honest and warn guests at check-in that thefts have happened before and that the hotel accepts no responsibility for stolen belongings.

After this incident, I read other reviews and was shocked to see that missing money and personal belongings have been reported by many guests. We also experienced several other problems ourselves: the sink leaked constantly, the room was cleaned poorly, there is almost no storage space, no shelf in the shower for toiletries, no bedside tables, and not enough hooks for clothes or bags. The hotel is clearly in need of renovation—the walls are peeling, the carpet is stained, and even animal droppings remained on the restaurant terrace for two days without being cleaned.

The bar was another disappointment. We were charged for alcohol we never ordered. On two separate occasions we were also charged for a 0.5-liter Coca-Cola even though we were served a 0.33-liter bottle, and the price was higher than the one shown on the menu. Please check every bill carefully before paying.
