Quasi niente unico forse punto a favore di sto albergo terrificante e’ che ha la veranda con accesso diretto alla spiaggia e forse dico forse solo i drink che si bevono lì sono decenti tutto il resto veramente orripilante,esperienza da dimenticare un consiglio se volete passare una vacanza serena state lontani da sto posto schifoso

Allora da dove comincio…dato che praticamente in sto albergo non si salva praticamente niente vabbè partiamo dalle camere:
Sudicie logore sporche io ho dovuto richiamare la reception 3 volte per la pulizia della camera la nostra aveva la vista fronte strada dove passavano continuamente macchine della polizia e ambulanza ogni 3 per due,va bene la sicurezza ma così un po too much i letti scomodissimi si faceva fatica a dormire anche perché la sera scaricavano il camion dei rifiuti del vetro sotto la nostra stanza alle 1.30 di notte vi lascio immaginare il bordello,in più non è manco isolata dall esterno né verso la strada né verso la porta della stanza che poi dà accesso ai corridoi visto che da dentro sentivo la gente che passava e per un 4 stelle una stanza non insonorizzata e’ inammissibile,poi abbiamo avuto il lavandino che non drenava l’acqua,il frigo bar non funzionava,la maniglia del balcone tra poco ti rimaneva in mano per dirvi,l’aria condìzionata a volte andava a volte si bloccava,livello di pulizia generale della stanza ultra scadente visto che un giorno abbiamo spostato il puff e c’era una palla di polvere dietro…e questo per quanto riguarda la camera passiamo anche al resto perché credetemi cene da dire su questa struttura schifosa,I corridoi sono lerci e sporchi in quanto si vedono delle chiazze per terra non identificate per di più assenza completa di telecamere all interno dei corridoi o comunque dentro la struttura e ciò inammissibile per un 4 stelle (di cui due di cartone disegnate per me) nel complesso per quanto riguarda il palazzo posso dire struttura vecchia di almeno 20 anni dove esteticamente da fuori non si nota in quanto da fuori sembra anche bello visivamente l’hotel,poi passiamo al personale della struttura quando chiedi un info sono freddi distaccati e ti parlano quasi come se fosse un fastidio attenzione e supporto al cliente 0 anzi sembra quasi che ti fanno un favore mai un saluto né quando siamo arrivati né quando siamo andati via né...

Pros:

The location right on thr beach is fantastic. The staff were always friendly and tried to help when the reservation was not what I booked. It did get fixed the next day. It is expensive to stay here but the location is great and the ocean views were lovely for the eclipse experience. Central to restaurants and tge bus route.

Cons:

I had booked a suite as it had a desk in the photos. When I got to my room there was no desk. They did not have another room available with the desk and explained some people like to put in a third bed. I did not want a third bed but a desk. They did fox it the next day bit no chair so used the chair from the balcony. They made it right in the end and the reception staff and housekeeping staff were always pleasant and did their best.

La bellezza è andare al mare facendo pochi passi, albergo per me non classificabile come 4 stelle, tra pulizia e ristora

Posizione ottima per la vicinanza alla spiaggia proprio pochi passi

Cons:

Pulizia decisamente da migliorare, in camera la pulizia praticamente inesistente, solo cambio asciugamani e rifacimento letti, mai una pulizia al pavimento bagno e terrazzo, impensabile

Pros:

Location was good

Cons:

Very overpriced for what it actually was. Our shower was broken, all the water kept leaking out. I informed receptionist and they got it fixed. Its a very basic hotel, also you can hear guests above when they move chairs and furniture and you can hear guests going into their rooms.
