Breakfast was great, staff were very friendly. Bed was incredibly comfortable and the location was superb. Would definitely stay here again.
Location brillant breakfast had loads of choices set in a lovey surrounding had a outside seating area which was lovely looking at the lake parking out back which is a bonus would recommend to book here
The only negative I have is there isn’t any menu for food on a night time especially when you have been out all day it would be nice to have a menu so you didn’t have to travel back out again to eat
Clean , modern, catered for needs, gorgeous views at the back / restaurant. Staff were very attentive and helpful. Loved the cards with the info / wifi on, great info starter pack. Beds were comfortable and big, rooms were a great design.

The rooms were modern, clean and comfortable. There was plenty of choice for the breakfast 10/10, the staff were very polite.
Beautiful scenery and the staff were very friendly. The bedroom we were given was on ground level, which was perfect for me. Parking good too.

The fact you have to choose between a room clean or tea coffee top up? You pay per night so bed should be made and any items topped us as part of the price.
Loved the atmosphere. The staff were friendly and we felt at ease staying there. The hotel was spotless. Breakfast was delicious Loved the location. Just a walk down the bank to all the shops and restaurants and the gorgeous lake.
We would of liked a bath but none of the rooms have one.

Having to watch guests dogs eating at/from adjacent tables, They should be allocated a separate location where other guests should not be forced to watch them eat and sniff round the table top.Bear in mind , not everyone is a dog lover and may bb allergic to dogs.
In fairness, not 100% the fault of the hotel.
